Darren Rabie completed his Graduate Business degree at The Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario). After 1 year at General Mills Canada as a Marketing Manager, Darren Rabie moved to Sydney Australia, from Toronto, and co-founded The Results Group - a b2b lead generation company. In 2003, Darren Rabie sold off his shares of The Results Group & founded Focus America (www.focus-america.com), an "Outsourced Sales Manager" company working with small, b2b, owner-operated companies that need Sales Leadership. Today, Darren & his team of 11 support 50+ active clients throughout North America and Darren himself continues to do many public & private coaching, speaking & training workshops. Personally, Darren was born in Cape Town, South Africa but has lived in Toronto since 1977. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.

Diane is the Office Manager and is responsible for all back office administration, banking, audit support and human resources. She has been at MacNicol & Associates since 2009. Diane graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Ken Reid

Ken is a Research Associate at MacNicol focusing on North American equities. Prior to MacNicol Ken worked as a tax accountant and junior financial planner at small firms in the GTA as apart of his Co-operative education program. Ken completed his Bachelor of Commerce with honours in 2021, majoring in finance and minoring in economics at the Ted Rogers School of Management. Ken completed his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) in June 2024 and is currently taking his CFA. Ken is an avid runner and has completed a half marathon.

Mark Dormer

Mark's responsibilities include overseeing the financial management and administration of the firm. Mark has been advising professional services organizations in these areas since 1987. In 2002 he joined and now heads a consulting group that provides a focus on interim financial management, profitability and strategic issues. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting and statistics from the University of Toronto. Mark lives in Toronto, and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and young son.

Ross Healy

Ross Healy began his investment industry career in 1965 as a securities analyst for Midland Osler Securities. He was later a co-founder of Sceptre Investment council, a leading Canadian money manager. He became Director of Research at Merrill Lynch Canada, and during this time provided support to the late Dr. Verne Atrill, the theorist who decoded the mathematics underlying the Theory of Accounting Dynamics upon which the Strategic Analysis Corporation methodology is based. After supporting and collaborating with Dr. Atrill for many years, he joined SAC as Chairman and CEO. Ross Healy is a past president of the Toronto CFA Society, and served on the board of the Financial Analysts Federation (now the CFA Institute) as Chair of the Financial Analysts Journal. He has served on the Financial Disclosure Advisory Board of the Ontario Securities Commission, and was a member of the Executive Committee of Trinity College, University of Toronto, chairing the Investment Committee. He contributes investment analysis to print, radio, and television media, and appears regularly on Business News Network (BNN) and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
