Alice Zhang serves as Vice President, FDH Defense Aftermarket. In her role, Alice serves as a key partner in leading our Military and Defense initiatives overseeing strategic customer relationships, business development, and all Military and Defense sales operations in the aftermarket sector. Alice has spent 15 years in various senior leadership positions within the aerospace and defense industries. She joined FDH Aero during the acquisition of Unical Defense, where she served as Vice President, Sales. Prior to that she was Sales Director for Unical Aviation's military division. She also spent 10 years at API where she served as Sales Director for APAC and FMS. Alice graduated from ZheJiang University, in Hangzhou Zhejiang Province, a top-10 ranked university in China.

Björn Anders serves as Managing Director - EMEA for FDH Aero. In his role, Björn leads overall strategic direction while maintaining full P&L accountability. His responsibilities include supporting business development and partnership opportunities, ensuring strong governance and local compliance, and strengthening the company's presence in the support of our regional customers. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Björn spent 15 years at Incora (formerly Wesco Aircraft), leading regional sales, strategic accounts, product management, and corporate contracts, in Germany and France. During his tenure, he also served as General Manager for Incora's German subsidiary and managed key restructuring initiatives. Before his time at Incora, Björn spent four years at Lisi Aerospace, where he served as Inside Sales & Contract Manager. Björn earned a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) from Hochschule Harz in Wernigerode, Germany.

Bob Earley - CFO

Bob Earley serves as the Chief Financial Officer for FDH Aero. Throughout his career, Bob has held several Chief Financial Officer positions within global manufacturing and transportation industries. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bob served as CFO for four years at Katena Products. Before his tenure with Katena, Bob acted as CFO for Laborie Medical Technologies. Bob also spent seven years as President and CFO for Bridgeport Tank Trucks. Bob graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance and earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Bob Loycano

Bob Loycano serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain for FDH Aero. In his role, Bob is responsible for establishing the purchasing and planning strategies utilized by each of the FDH Aero businesses. He aggregates the collective's purchasing synergies, enabling improved partnerships with suppliers. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bob spent seven years as Executive Director of Supply Chain at Wesco. After his time at Wesco, Bob spent 10 years as Vice President of Procurement at KLX Aerospace - three years of which were spent with Boeing Distribution Services, after its acquisition of KLX. During his tenure, Bob oversaw all global procurement, planning, sourcing, and technical support. Bob's experience extends well beyond aerospace distribution - starting his career as an engineer at General Electric Aircraft Engines. He then spent 18 years at Pratt & Whitney as a manufacturing & design engineer, and later, as Commodity Manager. Bob graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Oxford University. He would go on to earn an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Chad Gallentine - VP

Chad Gallentine serves as Vice President, OEM for FDH Aero, reporting into CEO - Scott Tucker. In his role, Chad serves as a key leader for all OEM initiatives overseeing strategic customer relationships, business development and all commercial and distribution operations in the segment. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Chad spent a decade in various senior leadership positions within the aerospace and defense industries. Most recently he served for three years as Executive Vice President at Consolidated Precision Products, a $1B manufacturer of aerospace structural and engine castings. There, he oversaw six manufacturing locations in California and Mexico and eventually leading all global commercial operations. Prior to that, Chad spent five years with Wesco Aircraft as Vice President and General Manager for all commercial and distribution operations in the western half of the US and Mexico. Chad's extensive background in leading commercial and manufacturing operations will broaden our reach and expand the breadth and depth of offerings to our OEM customers. Chad earned an MBA in Managerial Finance and Management Strategy, from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.

Cody (Shaojie) Ho

Cody (Shaojie) Ho serves as Managing Director - APAC for FDH Aero. In his role, Cody leads overall strategic direction while maintaining full P&L accountability for the Asia-Pacific region. His responsibilities include supporting business development and partnership opportunities, ensuring strong governance and local compliance, and strengthening the company's presence in the support of our regional customers. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Cody spent 11 years in senior leadership roles at Wesco Aircraft, in the Asia-Pacific region. Before his time at Wesco, Cody was a Purchasing Engineer at PCC. Currently, Cody is finalizing his doctorate degree in Transaction Cost Economics. He has earned two master's degrees, an MBA from The University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Management Research from Kedge Business School. He has also earned a bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from Shanghai University.

Eric Strafel

Eric Strafel serves on the Board of Directors for FDH Aero. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Eric was a Senior Advisor in Oliver Wyman's global Transportation & Services practice, along with leading SUMMi7, a business accelerator focused on supporting diverse owners and founders of small to mid-sized companies. Eric has 25 years of experience in aerospace and defense, most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Market Development for Boeing's $20B Services business. Previously, Eric was President and CEO of Boeing Distribution Inc., formerly known as Aviall, one of the world's leading aerospace and defense parts distributors. Eric has held a breadth of leadership positions throughout his career, including Vice President of Supply Chain Management for L3 Communications, and various leadership roles in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management at Honeywell and Raytheon.

Erin Waidelich - VP

Erin Waidelich serves as Vice President, OEM Sales for FDH Aero. In her role, Erin leads all OEM commercial sales activities overseeing pipeline, maintaining and cultivating customer relationships, contract negotiations, and managing the inside sales team at the Center of Excellence, CA. She reports to Vice President, OEM Chad Gallentine. Prior to her appointment as Vice President, OEM Sales, Erin served as Vice President of Aircraft Fasteners International, an FDH company. Erin has spent 12 years at FDH, holding various roles in supply chain and sales. Before her tenure with FDH, she spent five years at McMaster-Carr in Sales Operations. Erin is a strategic and results-driven leader, with over 17 years of Global Supply Chain Management experience and a proven track record of maximizing growth and profits. Erin will continue to expand the breadth and depth of offerings to our OEM customers.

Fred Short

Fred Short serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales for FDH Aero. Prior to FDH Aero, Fred held several senior sales leadership roles within Wesco Aircraft, including Vice President of Global Business Development, Vice President Sales Americas and Vice President Sales EMEA. During his time with Wesco, the business grew from a $135M, primarily Hardware Distribution business, to a $1.6B multi-commodity product and logistics service company. Before his tenure at Wesco, Fred worked for Ford Aerospace, a manufacturer based in his native England, UK. With over 30 years of experience in working within the Aerospace and Defense, logistics and supply chain industry, Fred has built significant relationships with all major Aerospace and Defense companies and the manufacturing base that supports the industry. Fred was educated at Northumbria University and South Tyneside Technical College and earned an HND in Mechanical Engineering. Fred is a keen sportsman, and in his youth, he represented England Rugby at International level. He has also played representative rugby at the senior level, playing in the national leagues with West Hartlepool and Newcastle Gosforth. Fred still enjoys keeping fit with trail running, and mountain biking year-round, thanks to the inviting California climate.

Heather Rosenow - VP

Heather Rosenow serves as the Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications for FDH Aero. In her role, Heather is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy for FDH Aero including Brand Experience, Audience & Market Segmentation, Communications Strategies, Channel Optimization, Advertising Planning, Global Air & Trade Shows, Executive Briefing Programs, Digital Marketing, Content Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Media & Public Relations, and Employee Engagement with the FDH Aero Brand. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Heather served as Chief Marketing Officer for SaaS organization, TurnStyle, and as Head of Marketing & Brand at Bell Textron. She has also held executive leadership roles transforming marketing, strategy, and sales within the top-tier global experiential marketing agency space. Heather is a results-oriented strategist, with over 28 years of experience in diverse industries and global markets, including considerable focus in Aerospace & Defense. She brings a reputation for driving pioneering & disruptive brand strategies that motivate employee & partner engagements and maintains a discerning eye on meaningful business outcomes. Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA-Business Management from Saint Leo University.

Jason Lewis

Jason Lewis serves as the Vice President, Quality for FDH Aero. In his role, Jason is responsible for leading FDH Aero's quality operation. Along with overseeing the quality and compliance process at FDH, Jason works closely with COO, Ryan Kinslow, to create quality reports and processes that allow for seamless transfer of products within FDH Aero businesses. With 20+ years of quality and operations executive experience, Jason brings a wealth of operational knowledge to the team. Prior to FDH Aero, Jason spent 18 years at Boeing Global Services as Executive of Supply Chain Quality. There, he focused on streamlining operations to reduce operating costs and mutually improve profitability. Formerly a committee member of both the FAA Suspected Unapproved Parts Committee and ASA Quality Assurance Committee, Jason currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Aviation Suppliers Association. Jason graduated from The University of Miami with a BS in Engineering. He also earned an Airframe and Power Plant License from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston, MA.

Ken Aso - COO

Ken Aso serves as Chief Operating Officer for FDH Aero. Ken's responsibilities include overseeing warehouse operations, order fulfillment, quality operations, supply chain management, procurement, and supply chain inventory operations planning. Prior to FDH Aero, Aso served as Partner and Senior Advisor at Oliver Wyman where he supported many leading OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and distribution service providers in the global aerospace and defense market. Prior to Oliver Wyman, he served in various roles at Boeing Global Services including Managing Director of Global Services Engineering, Maintenance and Mods Product Management and Managing Director of Commercial Spares Category Management. He also served as Senior VP Corporate Strategy & Customer Development at StandardAero. Over Ken's 20+ year career in the aerospace and defense industry, he has helped many distributors and aftermarket service providers achieve breakthrough growth, both as a consulting advisor and as an operator. Ken earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also graduated from Walla Walla University with a BA in Business Administration. He is married with three children. Outside of business, Ken prioritizes time with his family and being active outdoors. He also serves as a board member of NeighborCare Health in Seattle WA.

Kimberly Grant - CHRO

Kimberly Grant serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for FDH Aero. Prior to FDH Aero, Kimberly served as Vice President of Global Human Resources in the private technology sector, holding several leadership roles in the marketing and financial service industries. Kimberly is a business-focused, results-oriented executive with over 17 years of experience in diverse industries and geographies. She invests in the designing & implementation of successful HR strategies aimed at enabling organizations to achieve their unique potential. Kimberly holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Interaction and Group Relations, from California State University, Long Beach. She also earned certification in the Human Resources Management program at Loyola Marymount University.

Matt Lacki

Matt Lacki serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives for FDH Aero. Prior to joining FDH, Matt was a partner at Huron Capital, where he spent six years focused on middle-market investing in the consumer products, manufacturing, and business services sectors. Before his tenure at Huron, Matt spent two years at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an associate in leveraged finance. Earlier, Matt served in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Captain. While in the Army, Matt served as an infantry officer in the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Matt graduated magna cum laude from Albion College with a BA in Mathematics & Economics. He would then go on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mitch Enright - President

Mitch Enright serves as President of FDH Electronics. In his role, Mitch serves as a key partner in overseeing FDH Electronics, an FDH Aero division that is a leading provider of interconnect and electromechanical products for the defense, commercial aerospace, and space end-markets. He reports to Scott Tucker, CEO. Prior to this role, Mitch served as President of Electro Enterprises, an FDH company. In his 12-year tenure at Electro, Mitch helped drive Electro's average year-over-year double digit revenue growth as well as the company's expansion of operations into Europe. Mitch graduated from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business with an MBA, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. While at SMU, he was also a 4-year letterman on the varsity football team.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Paul held the position of Vice President of Global Sales with PDQ Airspares, an FDH company. Paul is a big picture thinker, collaborator, and true believer in the power of a team. This set of core ideals motivates and guides Paul in how he approaches leadership every single day. With 15 years of experience in the aerospace supply industry, and 30 combined years within the supply industry, he understands it takes a village and strives to make sure each employee within the organization adopts a similar mindset, understanding they play an integral role in the organization's success.

Scott Tucker - CEO, President

Scott Tucker serves as the President & CEO of FDH Aero. Prior to leading FDH Aero, Scott spent 10 years with General Electric where he was an Executive in GE's electrical distribution division. At GE, Scott held various leadership positions, including President of GE Supply in the Midwest. In his previous roles at GE, Scott oversaw businesses ranging in size from $100 million to $300 million in annual revenue. His management skills enabled him to consistently generate double digit sales and profit growth in various industries including electrical products, fasteners, pipe valve fittings, integrators/OEM and supply chain management. His domestic and international experience has varied from leading a business out of bankruptcy to accelerating the growth and profitability of well-established companies. Along with his operating experience, Scott led acquisitions and strategy for Gexpro (formally GE Supply), a $2.5B business owned by Rexel. In his role as Executive Vice President, he managed all acquisition activities and enhanced the company's strategy. In addition to his business development and operating roles, Scott was also a consultant at Bain & Company. Scott graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in International Economics and earned an MBA from Harvard University. He is fluent in Spanish and is an accomplished guitar player. Formerly a board member of Industrial Distribution Group (www.idg-corp.com), Scott is currently actively involved with YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

Solyman Omar - VP

In his role, Solyman serves as a key leader for all commercial sales activities overseeing pipeline development, internal sales pursuit process, proposal support, customer negotiations, contract closure, and managing the Aftermarket - Americas team. He reports to the EVP of Sales, Fred Short. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Solyman served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jaco Aerospace, a leading technology-driven solutions provider for the civil and defense aerospace sectors. There, he led the distribution of all aerospace parts, chemicals, and expendable products for global aftermarket customers. Solyman has also held leadership roles at The Transdigm Group, Boeing Global Services, and Aviall. With over 24 years of experience as an aerospace distribution and business executive, Solyman's background in sales, program management, business development, leadership, and overall P&L accountability will continue to help drive value for FDH's aftermarket customers and supplier partners. His leadership philosophy is to lead by motivating, inspiring, and creating long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Yama Tanomand - CIO

Ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives, he fosters a digital-first culture, overseeing critical aspects such as data management, ERP integrations, cybersecurity, and strategic digital implementations. He reports to CEO, Scott Tucker. With 25 years in IT innovation, Yama brings extensive experience working in private equity-owned organizations with frequent mergers & acquisitions, as well as broader industry experience within the product distribution and MRO environments. Most recently, Yama held the role of CIO at Electrical Source Holdings, a prominent electrical specialty distributor, where he successfully consolidated multiple ERPs, established robust enterprise data platforms, fortified cybersecurity protocols, and elevated digital and e-commerce assets. Yama graduated from CalPoly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Computer Information Systems.
