Rachael Sokolowski, President, Magnolia Technologies LLC, is a recognized leader, technology evangelist, trusted adviser and author in the mortgage banking industry. As a consultant, Rachael provides over 35 years of business and technical experience in electronic documents and signatures, industry standardization, electronic mortgages, secondary market delivery requirements, and patent litigation. Rachael has provided subject matter expertise on financial services technologies and has advised lenders, servicers, title and settlement companies, technology vendors, insurance, and automotive finance companies, GSEs and investors. Rachael was previously the Chief Information Officer for a community bank and a financial services consulting firm. She has a degree in Mathematics from Smith College. Rachael is a major and frequent contributor to the mortgage banking industry standards organization (MISMO) and the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA). She has authored numerous articles for the Scotsman Guide, Mortgage Compliance Magazine and Mortgage Banking Magazine providing commentary on technology, compliance and policy issues facing the financial services industry. Rachael is currently Co-Chair of the MISMO eMortgage Community of Practice and is certified by MISMO as a Mortgage Standards Professional (CMSP). In 2016, Rachael received the "MISMO Chairman's Award" and was named by Mortgage Women Magazine as a Technology Leader and Entrepreneur in the industry.
