As a Private Wealth Advisor with Raintree Financial Solutions, Connie connects her passion for helping clients and her professional skill set as a Personal Financial Planner as she offers clients access to private investments and portfolio management firms. Connie has recently added life insurance to her offering and is currently working towards her Certified Financial Planner designation as she continues to build her skills to provide holistic investment and planning strategies to her clients. Prior to joining Raintree in 2019, Connie spent her career working at Scotiabank, helping clients achieve investment, borrowing and financial planning goals. As a result, she has gained exceptional knowledge and experience at helping clients of all levels better manage their wealth. Connie grew up in the Guelph area and enjoys being involved in her community. She has three grown children, has a love for the outdoors and travelling, and often can be found spending free time on her country property with her husband and two dogs.

James is a financial strategist and founding partner of Mason Capital Inc. With more than 25 years' experience in the investment industry - both public and private capital markets - James has had a successful career and continues to provide business owners, high net worth individuals and families with trusted advice in financial strategies. Jamie Lynn has been working as the Executive Assistant at Mason Capital since February 2016, providing administrative support to James Sinkeldam and Jeffrey Charbonneau and their clients. She also spent the last four years working for a global Private Equity firm as an HR Generalist, supporting the North American teams and portfolio companies. Her main focus areas were recruitment & selection of executive-level employees, performance management, psychometric assessment facilitation, and employee engagement. She had a strong hand in creating the HR program from the ground up. Jamie Lynn completed her Honours Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy, alongside a minor in Political Science from the University of Guelph. Additionally, she has completed a diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University, as well as her CHRP designation. Jamie Lynn has also worked as the marketing manager for a start-up business, received formal training in graphic design and conceptual process from Sheridan College, and is a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner and Birkman Certified Professional. In her spare time, Jamie Lynn enjoys learning about anything and everything, spending time with her boyfriend and her pug, and trying new wines and cheeses. She is also a strong advocate of human rights, the environment, and animal welfare.

Jeff is a financial strategist and founding partner of Mason Capital Inc., who brings 25+ years' experience in the areas of: private capital markets, including analysis with a view to the valuation and structure of real estate and private equity investments; divestitures, mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning; commercial strategy; and executive leadership. Most recently, Jeff was the Managing Director (Principal) of a global, private equity firm, where he was chiefly responsible for investment decisions (acquisitions) and portfolio growth strategies. Previously, Jeff served high net worth clients as a private capital markets wealth advisor. Prior experience includes management consulting, engaging in the formation of special purpose vehicles for real estate investments, and leading select investment and entrepreneurial initiatives. In his earlier career, Jeff acted as an operations executive and multi-franchise owner (retail pharmacy). In addition to his passion for investing, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, physical fitness, and outdoor activities.
