Erika Goodman

Erika Goodman earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the Labor and Employment Section. She also belongs to the National Employment Lawyers' Association, Florida Chapter. Ms. Goodman has been with the firm for approximately seventeen years. She focuses her practice on employment law. She practices in both state and federal courts, and she is the firms' expert on arbitration proceedings.

James Garrity

Jim Garrity joined the firm in 2002. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and his law degree from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars and is a member of the Labor and Employment Section. He also belongs to the National Employment Lawyers' Association, Florida and Georgia Chapters.

Katherine Lanier Viker

Katherine has been on the Board of Directors with the Tallahassee Women Lawyers since 2011. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Angel Wings, Families in Crisis and Human Trafficking, working directly with Kathryn Griffin Townsend, a nationally recognized leader on the fight against human trafficking and Founder of Been There Done That. Katherine is committed to assisting at risk youth and since 2014 she has volunteered and serves as judge with the Teen Court, a diversion program focusing on assisting youth with minor drug and other offenses to find a more positive path. She has been a guest speaker at HOBY since 2015, an organization focusing on developing youth leadership skills and motivating change by personal involvement. She has been a guest on Law Call for Sexual Harassment and Ask Us Anything segments.

Marie Mattox

Attorney Marie Mattox has practiced in the area of employment law and civil rights for more than 20 years. She and her accomplished associates have a solid record of results and a reputation for passionate defense of constitutional rights. Marie Mattox is a Florida native who has lived in Tallahassee most of her life and practiced law in Northern Florida since 1987. After working as an associate and partner at other Tallahassee law firms, she established her own firm, Marie A. Mattox, P.A., in 1995. She has received the Thurgood Marshall Award from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.
