Biography David F. McArthur is an accomplished litigator with years of experience in commercial litigation. Mr. McArthur's specific interests are in intellectual property, employment law, real estate law and wills and estates. He has 14 years of civil litigation courtroom experience spanning multiple states, representing a varied client base from individuals and families to small businesses and large corporations. Prior to joining MLG, he was the founding partner of his own firm. He also has experience in health care, insurance and bankruptcy law. Mr. McArthur is a detail-oriented lawyer, who takes time to listen to his clients and tailor his counsel to their specific needs. He particularly enjoys the lawyer-client relationship and appreciates being able to efficiently resolve his client's legal problems. Mr. McArthur has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Mason University, and a Master of Art in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University. His Juris Doctorate is from Tulane University Law School.

Gregori D. Mavronicolas

Biography Greg Mavronicolas brings to the firm a depth of experience in litigation, commercial arbitration, and corporate law. He has worked for a high-end, large commercial litigation firm, Stikeman Elliott LLP, in Montreal, as well as the United States Department of Justice and the American Civil Liberties Union. Prior to forming MLG, he worked for a boutique firm that concentrated on commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has experience with all aspects of litigation and has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigations in both Federal and State court. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Mavronicolas has also been involved with several successful arbitrations and mediations and has been before the American Arbitration Association, the Society of Maritime Arbitrators, JAMS, the National Arbitration Forum and the Rice Millers Association. Mr. Mavronicolas also leads the firm's business law and general corporate practice and serves as an outside counsel for several businesses where he provides advice on business and corporate law issues. Mr. Mavronicolas works with entrepreneurs and represents numerous startup, technology, design, media and fashion companies. His startup clients include both venture-backed, and emerging companies in all stages of development. He also frequently counsels clients in the fields of copyright and trademark law and advises his clients during the selection, clearance, development and prosecution of their copyrights and trademarks. Mr. Mavronicolas also represents clients in legal actions involving intellectual property infringement claims and has experience handling numerous high-profile matters involving copyright and trademark disputes and UDRP proceedings in the United States and around the world. Mr. Mavronicolas is also active in the firm's entertainment law practice and works with a broad range of entertainment clients including free-lancers, authors, entertainers, artists, photographers, publishers, producers, writers and production companies. He also represents clients in commercial real estate transactions and provides advice to clients on various compliance matters including but not limited to those matters that involve Federal Trade Commission compliance, data security and privacy compliance and U.S. trade sanctions compliance. Mr. Mavronicolas earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Communication Arts (with a focus on Radio, TV and Film) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was the recipient of a full academic Federation Scholarship to the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, where he was awarded a Master of International Relations degree with Distinction (with a focus on international law). He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University Law School, where he was a managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. While at Tulane University Law School he was also awarded a Certificate in Environmental Law and a Certificate of Mediation Training. Prior to law school, Mr. Mavronicolas worked at the law firm of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman LLP in New York City. Mr. Mavronicolas was selected to the prestigious New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2018. No more than 2.5% of the attorneys in the New York Metro receive this distinction. Maxim A. Kogan

Biography Maxim Kogan has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. Mr. Kogan regularly counsels founders and boards of directors on corporate governance, and matters affecting corporate policy and strategy. Prior to joining MLG, Mr. Kogan practiced law with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a premier global law firm in New York and London, where he represented domestic and international companies, boards and financial advisors in connection with a broad range of strategic transactions in the technology, finance, entertainment and life sciences industries, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, investments, joint ventures, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Kogan also served as legal counsel at the Global Fund, where he structured, drafted and negotiated agreements with governments, UN agencies, NGOs, development banks, private-sector partners and foundations, pharmaceutical companies, and others. Mr. Kogan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations, a Master of Science degree in Comparative Politics from London School of Economics and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School.

Biography Peter Dee is an accomplished litigator with years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Dee's clients ranging from large international trading organizations to local businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Examples of Mr. Dee's experience, representative matters and clients include the following: All aspects of maritime litigation, including cargo damage, charter party disputes, and casualties; Insurance litigation, including subrogation and wrongful denial of coverage; Employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and non-compete and non-solicit agreements; Condominium litigation, including representation of a group of over fifty purchasers of luxury condominium units asserting claims for construction defects; Intellectual property disputes on behalf of creators against major corporations; Family members injured by civil rights violations in relation to wrongful imprisonment of over twenty years; Film production companies for property damage and business disputes; Partnership disputes involving allegations of breaches of fiduciary duties; Major contract disputes between parties of service and supply agreements; Judgment enforcement and pre and post judgment provisional remedies; Commercial and residential lease disputes; and Over forty former students against a flight school, a major airline and banks for claims involving fraud and breach of contract.
