MATTHIAS NICOLA

From 2000 to 2015 I was at the IBM Silicon Valley Lab in San Jose, California, focusing on database software development, architecture, and performance. My work included areas such as temporal data management and time travel in Db2, column-organized data, cloud data warehousing, XML, and other topics. During that time I also worked closely with customers world wide to help them design, optimize, and implement data management solutions... I'm a member of the Snowflake Field CTO team working with clients and partners on a broad range of topics including enterprise data architecture, data mesh, data warehousing, data lakes, data sharing & collaboration, and data applications.
