The WCARTC is an Accredited Private Post-secondary Educational Institution registered with the Department of Education in the State of Wyoming. The facility is located in Casper, WY and is currently housed on 76 acres and includes over 22,000 square feet of classroom space. The location also includes a shop, heavy equipment training area, three rig pads, with a drilling rig, and training derrick. The facility has a 1.2 mile driving track along with a skills pad used to teach commercial truck driving skills.
