McCarthy Builders Inc., now doing business as McCarthy Building Collaborative, was established in 1989 by Scott McCarthy after completing his Bachelors Degree in Construction Technologies at the University of North Florida. Passionate about Architectural Design and with studies abroad in Italy, Greece, England, Scotland and the Caribbean, Scott led the Company forward to become a leader in Luxury Home Design and Construction, receiving numerous Awards of Excellence for Remodeling Projects and Luxury Homes along the way... McCarthy Builders Inc has been providing luxury custom homes in Central Florida since 1989.
