Having worked as a product manager, team leader, and Underwriting Director, Britt focuses on analyzing insured needs and providing profitable solutions.

Bryan has more than 25 years of experience developing and executing strategies to guide companies in the health care industry through significant operational and financial growth. Prior to joining MedMal Direct, he served as Chief Operating Officer of InHealth, where he was responsible for the management and acquisition of durable medical equipment companies operating 15 locations across 9 states. Mr. Carter also previously worked as a medical professional liability broker for Sterling Risk Advisors. As Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Services for MAG Mutual Insurance, he oversaw significant growth in both premium written and physician insured count as the company grew to the ninth largest medical professional liability specialty insurance company in the US. Prior to MAG Mutual, he was Director of Professional Programs and a Producer for Brown & Brown of Georgia.
Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative designation.

Dana has nearly 20 years of financial management experience, including 10 years of public accounting in the financial services industry. Her areas of expertise include oversight and analysis of statutory and GAAP financial reporting; statutory and GAAP audits; examination and analysis of financial records for financially troubled insurance companies; statutory financial examinations; and SOC 1 reports. She has provided services to companies specializing in property and casualty, life and A&H, risk retention groups, mutual insurers, insurance management companies, and consolidated corporate groups.
Dana is a certified public accountant in the state of Florida and holds the Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) professional designation. She earned her Master of Accountancy degree from the University of North Florida.

Marc is an accomplished senior insurance executive who restores profitability, generates record revenues and protects insurers against financial and operational risks. In his former position at MAG Mutual Insurance Company, he helped transform the $250 million property & casualty, medical professional liability and commercial lines carrier into a multi-line, multi-company regional insurer and the ninth largest medical professional liability specialty insurance company in the U.S.
Marc is a certified public accountant and member of Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past member of the Physician Insurance
Association of America. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from

Meredith has more than 20 years of experience in strategic B2B and B2C communications, including marketing, project management, and customer experience. She joined the MedMal Direct team in the company's first year of operation as the sales representative for North Florida; since then, her responsibilities have expanded to include operational oversight of sales initiatives, management of the company's customer service professionals, and developing customer experience standards that guide all customer-facing documents and processes. Today, Meredith is licensed in all nine states where the company operates. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.

Steven has more than 14 years of experience managing medical professional liability claims while working for several industry leading companies. He joined the company as Claims Specialist in 2020 and previously served as the Assistant Vice President of Claims. His recent responsibilities at MedMal Direct have included leading the claims department as the interim Vice President. Steven has been a member of the MedMal Direct Claims Committee and providing his expertise regarding physician medical professional liability claim strategy, securing expert counsel, and clear communication to our insureds. His passion and desire to work on behalf of the company's insureds has led to his increased responsibilities within the Claims operation. Steven earned a Bachelor's degree from University of North Florida.

Tommy graduated from Washington and Lee University and holds a BA in European History. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Tommy went to the University of Georgia where he received his MBA. He has designed, developed and implemented operations management software that advanced efficiency and decision making by standardizing and automating processes, reducing duplication, and providing better visibility to real-time data. He has supervised management of multiple facilities including all functions related to safety, compliance, insurance, administration and human resources. Tommy is also the Co-Founder of Jobscience.com, #1 rated staffing and recruitment application on the Salesforce Force.com platform.
