Anita Mauro

Anita joined Patrick Mauro Investment Advisor Inc. as its Chief Operating Officer in 2020, and is also its Chief Compliance Officer. Anita holds a Series 65 license and is also a member of the Illinois Bar. Up until she joined Patrick Mauro Investment Advisor, Inc., Anita was a partner at the law firm of Thompson Coburn LLP, concentrating on banking and commercial finance as well as real estate tax appeals, incentives and exemptions. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was an Assistant Vice President and Director of Marketing for First Bank of Highland Park. Anita is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, received a graduate degree in retail banking from the BAI Graduate School of Retail Banking also at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and obtained her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In 2018, she was named a Notable Minority Lawyer by Crain's Chicago Business, received a 2018 Animal Welfare Leadership Award from PAWS Chicago, and has been included in "Illinois Super Lawyers" Rising Stars list for Banking and Commercial Finance in 2009, 2011-2013, and 2015.

Daniel Mauro

Daniel Mauro is a portfolio manager with Patrick Mauro Investment Advisor, Inc., and has been actively involved in the financial markets since the year 2000. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Physics and Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1998, graduating with Honors. He served as an artillery officer in the United States Army from 1998 to 2002, serving in the Federal Republic of Germany. In 2002, Daniel joined Patrick Mauro Investment Advisor, Inc., and in 2005, received a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he also graduated with Honors. He has additional experience working with option trading firms at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). Capitalizing on his math and science background, Dan specializes in quantitative investment techniques. In addition to managing investment portfolios, Daniel has traded extensively in stocks, commodities, futures, and options.

Henry Criz

Henry runs the marketing of Patrick Mauro Investment Advisor, Inc. Like Patrick, Daniel, and Anita, Henry has successfully completed the Uniform Investment Advisor Law (Series 65) examination. He spent ten years on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) as an independent market maker/floor trader. Henry earned a Masters of Music degree from Chicago Musical College of Roosevelt University in 1969. Henry continues to perform professionally and teach violin and viola on a part-time basis.
