Asif Momen has been working with Oracle technologies for over 12 years and has expertise in Database Architecture, Performance Tuning, and High Availability. He has Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani. Asif is honored by the prestigious Oracle ACE award from Oracle Technology Network.
Asif has authored "Oracle Database XE" for Packt Publications. He is Oracle Certified Master (OCM) and also has the following certifications: OCP 11g DBA, OCP 9i Forms Developer and is an Oracle Certified Expert in RAC 10g. Asif is a presenter for conferences like Oracle OpenWorld-2012,2011,&2010, All India Oracle User Group (AIOUG), and Brain Surface. In addition, he is the Editor of "Oracle Connect"-the quarterly publication of AIOUG.

Neeraj has 20 year's experience in IT applications. Neeraj, a post graduate in Computer Applications from Birla Institute of Technology (Mesra), has worked closely with the manufacturing area and has been a keen planner and strategist.
He specializes in Business Intelligence solutions and has been instrumental in BI implementations in Emirates Airlines and DUBAL. Rama Sharma is a thoroughbred ERP professional, who has worked across geographies in a vast range of ERP Projects. Rama was an AVP in Mahindra Satyam's SAP Practice, Practice Head in CyberTech and was a Senior Manager in KPMG Malaysia and New Zealand.
He served many clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to that he worked for Petronas and an American Consulting firm. Over the last 30 years, he has worked in various capacities including Practice / Project / Delivery Management, Business development, Pre-sales and a variety of implementations viz; new installations, roll-outs, upgrades.

Tahir has more than 19 years of experience in the IT field, including 13 years in managing and leading the IT function for well-known multinational organizations in Retail, Automotive, Distribution, Trading, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries in US, Canada, Saudi Arab and the UAE.
He has successfully led, managed and delivered major projects to improve business operations, bringing efficiencies in processes, improvements in customer relations and retention, with the use of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Cloud and infrastructure technologies.
Additionally his expertise lies in aligning IT function with business objectives and developing high performing teams. In his current role, Tahir is responsible for the development and implementation of IT strategy for Gulf Cryo; which manufactures and supplies industrial, medical and specialty gases to a wide range of industries across the Middle East from its production facilities in ten countries.
Tahir holds a BSc degree in Chemistry from Karachi University, Pakistan and in Computer Science from University of Utah, USA. He is also a board member of Middle East Oracle Users Group.
