Brandi Anderson works as a legal assistant for the firm. As a legal assistant, she completes necessary routine tasks on behalf of a lawyer. The job often includes elements of administration, customer service, and coordination including calendar coordination. Confidentiality and discretion come easy for her. Brandi went to Excelsior University. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring nature, and listening to music.
Dirk McClanahan is a Fairfax, Virginia native trained at Michigan State University College of Law, a top ten academic program for intellectual property law. Dirk McClanahan has successfully litigated matters in Virginia federal and state courts, including several multi-million dollar claims. In addition, he represents individuals and businesses, both large and small, to ensure that their legal rights are protected and enforced. Dirk McClanahan has worked with and litigated against several AmLaw 500 international firms throughout his law practice, having taken part in cases with legal issues ranging from intellectual property licensing business acquisitions and contract enforcement and defense.
Tyler is a seasoned litigator with numerous bench and jury trials under his belt in various jurisdictions. Tyler spent the first three and a half years of his career in private practice criminal defense and as an Assistant Public Defender in the City of Alexandria, litigating misdemeanors and felonies. Tyler then transitioned into civil litigation and transactional work, which involves serving as outside counsel to a multitude of businesses, while maintaining a small criminal practice. The areas of law Tyler currently practices include criminal defense, contract law, consumer protection law, construction law, intellectual property law, employment law, and creditor's rights law to name a few. Tyler is a native of the Northern Virginia area, growing up and currently living in Falls Church City. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marymount University and then attended the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law. When he is not advocating zealously for his clients, Tyler enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, reading, playing guitar, and going for walks with his girlfriend, Melissa, and dog, Rosie.
