David Kreager is a partner and managing broker of Michigan Lifestyle Properties, a full service real estate brokerage in southwest Michigan, which also does business as Gull Lake Realty. David grew up in the Detroit area, attended Michigan State University, and lives with his wife on Lake Michigan, just north of South Haven.

Emily Wilke

Emily is a Michigan native and grew up on Grosse Ile. She has a passion for land conservation that has matured from building forts in the woods as a girl, to assisting in the conservation of over 7,000 acres across southwest Michigan. Emily received a B.S. from Calvin College, majoring in biology with an environmental studies minor. She received an M.S. from the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources that focused on ecosystem management with an emphasis in conservation. Emily worked for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service both in Colorado and at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge before her over 15 year with the Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy. She volunteers to benefit her community in many ways -currently serving on Four Townships Water Resources Council, Barry County Conservation Easement Board, and the Gull Lake Community Schools Foundation Board. Emily, her husband Brook, and their 3 children reside on a small farm in Barry County. When she is not driving the kids to soccer, she enjoys reading, baking, and going for long walks with her dog.

Geoffrey Cripe

Geoffrey Cripe joined United Country's staff of Michigan agents in 2015 and brings 11 years of experience as a specialist working with large acreage property owners brokering conveyances, land contracts and conservation instruments. Geoffrey holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Management from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with a focus in urban and regional planning. After several years employed in land use planning, Geoffrey pivoted to a career in land conservation working with landowners to help them protect land and evaluating land from a natural resource perspective. In this capacity, Geoffrey has met with hundreds of large acreage landowners across southern Michigan and has an intimate knowledge of the territory. In recent years, he has focused on listing naturally significant properties to seek buyers in specialized markets and connect parties who share similar values. Geoff resides in south central Michigan with his wife Sarah and son Lyndon.

Jenni Hoeksema

A native Michigander, Jenni is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Business degree that includes an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Journalism. Jenni started her working career as the Small Business/Marketing Director for both the Ypsilanti and Battle Creek Chamber of Commerces. Jenni and her husband have lived in southwest Michigan for almost 38 years, where they raised three children, all graduates of Gull Lake High School. Jenni is very community-focused, having devoted time and energy to a wide variety of organizations, including the Gull Lake Community Schools, the Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center, Cat Nap Lodge among others. She is an experienced RealtorĀ®, and is very well qualified to work with both buyers and sellers of a variety of property types, including Gull Lake executive homes, Gull Lake and other lakefront homes, country homes, and other residential properties. Jenni is very good at coordinating the Buy/Sell experience. She has worked in Real Estate for over 25 years and is an excellent communicator. Originally from Chicago, Rebecca now lives in Southwest Michigan, near the Lake Michigan shoreline. She and her family have a passion for Michigan's great outdoors, and they enjoy it all, from the woods to the beach. Prior to joining United Country - Michigan Lifestyle Properties, Rebecca ran an online marketing agency, specializing in real estate, and spent eight years in property management. Her background and experience give her the experience to serve the Michigan Lifestyle Properties team as the point person for marketing and administrative activities.

Ryan Johnson

Ryan is a native of the Gull Lake community, in Richland, Michigan. He graduated from Colorado State University in 1999, with a Natural Resource degree in Commercial Recreation & Tourism. He started his real estate career 20 years ago, co-founding a Lansing-based real estate appraisal company where he actively appraised both residential and agricultural type properties, with an emphasis on partial interest, full narrative appraisals, for local units of government, government agencies, private landowners and conservation groups. Ryan is a licensed Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser & Real Estate Broker. He has been actively selling real estate since 2012. He partnered with founder David Kreager in 2020, with whom he is a partner in Gull Lake Realty & Michigan Lifestyle Properties. Ryan represents properties all over the State of Michigan, assisting buyers and sellers with a variety of property types including, residential, land & farm, lakefront and country estates. Ryan and his wife and 3 children currently live on Gull Lake.
