Caitlin Mayes has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare setting. As Senior Vice President for Medical Management Services, Caitlin focuses on revenue management, operational work flow, insurance claim payment, and denial monitoring.
Caitlin began her career in the physician office setting later shifting to physician practice management. Her areas of expertise span the entire operations management continuum affording her fluency in multiple specialty fields including but not limited to neurosurgery, urology, pain management, chiropractic, rheumatology, infusion therapy, infectious disease and plastic surgery. Caitlin's strong work ethic and attention to detail allows her to effectively operate all work flow processes from productivity and operations improvement to revenue enhancement.
Caitlin earned her degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of West Florida, is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and an American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) nominee. She is a volunteer in her community and serves in several local organizations.
Candice Hill has over 7 years experience in healthcare billing and coding. As Associate Consultant for Medical Management Services, Candice focuses on denial reports, claim management, operational assessments, physician service coding, reimbursement systems, compliance, charge reporting and trend analysis.
Candice's experience and comprehensive knowledge provide her expertise in all aspects of the billing process. Her detailed understanding is a key contributor to strategic business projects related to revenue cycle systems, operations and results. She provides support for key revenue cycle information systems and is responsible for developing, monitoring and generating reports related to all areas of the revenue cycle. She is adept in analyzing and assessing system changes, including user requests, software updates and new system functionality.
Candice earned her degree from the National School of Medical Billing and Coding in Miami, FL. She is certified with the American Academy of Professional Coders (CPC) and an active member in the local chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
Dan has extensive experience in the computer science field. Throughout his career, he has specifically honed this skillset to the healthcare industry. As an Associate Consultant for Medical Management Services, Dan specializes in system configuration, data compilation, report design and build, and select software programming.
Dan's experience and education foster his ability to develop valuable tools which medical practice leaders rely heavily upon to manage and maintain "the pulse" of their practice. Through the build of logical work flow charts, Dan converts data compilation functionality into one of several computer languages and in many cases designs a graphical user interface (GUI) allowing non-technical users the ability to run through easy, point-and-click, menu-oriented reports. These actionable tools firmly support operational decisions resulting in improved cashflow, revenue enhancement, establishment of strong internal controls and timely, detailed executive reporting.
Dan's platform experience includes SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Monarch, Microsoft Access, Excel VBA, and many others. Dan earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with a Certification in Database Systems from the University of West Florida. He is an active volunteer in his community and serves in several local organizations.
Jennifer Taft brings over 14 years experience in the healthcare industry to Medical Management Services. As an Executive Consultant, Jennifer's focus is in accounting and financial operations. Her range of expertise extends from traditional finance department responsibilities to performing physicians practice analysis and assessments. Jennifer specializes in financial analysis, budgeting, and process improvement specifically related to accounting information systems.
Jennifer began her career in accounts payable and payroll working directly with multispecialty physician offices. Her experience in multiple aspects of the finance arena have afforded her exposure to both the financial and operational side of physician practices. Jennifer's diverse experience across multiple finance areas coupled with her analytical mindset offers a strong knowledge of bringing efficiency and effectiveness to traditional and non-traditional finance processes.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Troy University.

Kristie Titze is a Certified Public Accountant with over 21 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. As an Executive Consultant for Medical Management Services, Kristie's range of expertise in healthcare finance extends from accounts payable processing, payroll processing, and tax return preparation to financial statement analysis and financial reporting.
Kristie has worked in the public accounting industry for over 17 years specializing in individual and corporate tax including advisory services for both. She has worked with many industries including service, health care, manufacturing, retail, construction, real estate and not-for-profits.
Kristie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University in Atlanta and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

Andy has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and provides clients with a diverse offering of subject matter expertise, from physician compensation plans and development/implementation of revenue producing lines of business to strategic planning and innovative approaches to overall cashflow improvement. Andy's primary focus is delivering turnkey revenue opportunities that add clinically sound services with low impact to physician practice operations. Andy's depth of financial experience coupled with significant operational experience brings a unique view to building new revenue sources for physicians, IPAs and MSOs.
Andy began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, specializing in audit, consulting, and tax services for a diverse group of clients, from large physician groups and hospitals to manufacturing companies and retail businesses. His public accounting background was augmented through experiences with healthcare companies in the public and private sector in senior leadership roles such as CFO, executive director, and executive vice president. Andy leveraged his experience and established Medical Management Services. In turn, Medical Management Services has become a significant contributor to the success of many physician organizations. Andy and his team of 33 professionals at Medical Management Services use their education, experience, and expertise to help physicians unlock the momentum to redefine their bottom line.
Andy earned a BS in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Alabama. He is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), on the board of directors of United Way and Covenant Hospice, and an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International.

Mary Land has over 10 years experience in the healthcare field having transitioned to an emergency medical technician following a life changing medical call during her time as a volunteer fire fighter. Since then, Mary's experience has spanned a wide variety of specialties including emergency medicine, public safety, general surgery, primary care and rural health, pain management, and gastroenterology. As an operations and logistics-minded manager, she enjoys focusing on streamlining workflow processes, successful team building, revenue management, and monitoring insurance claim payments.
While working with the general surgery group, Mary led the implementation and conversion of the three-physician practice to an electronic medical records system and was responsible for establishing a reputation management program to enhance their presence on the internet and social media. These accomplishments were in addition to the routine tasks of managing claim denials, patient collections, charge entry, and daily patient care.
Her tenure with primary care afforded Mary the opportunity to navigate the process of obtaining certification from CMS as a rural health clinic while revamping policies and procedures in order to bring the clinic up to current standards of compliance and converting from one EMR system to another. While there she also produced and implemented a prescription drug monitoring program to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.
Mary is a member of MGMA, maintains a valid Florida EMT license (including BLS certification), and volunteers with several local organizations. In addition, Mary also holds a number of certifications related to Incident Command Systems and National Incident Management System, which are both governed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). She has extensive training and experience related to initial response, triage, and command setup during a mass casualty incident (MCI), as well as a solid understanding of emergency operations, management, and preparedness involving natural disasters (multiple hurricanes and moderate-sized wildfires).

Meredith Vincenza has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As Executive Consultant for Medical Management Services, Meredith focuses on day-to-day operations to include practice revenue enhancement, practice cost management, evaluating new lines of business, and charge, insurance claim, and denial monitoring.
Meredith began her career in the hospital setting-moving to physician based operations in 1990. Her expertise as a practice manager across multiple specialties includes staffing, physician recruitment, capital acquisition analysis, budget development, business planning, pharmaceutical purchasing, inventory management and cost effective reimbursement. Meredith's operational acumen provides the breadth of experience needed to exceed client expectations.
Meredith has extensive experience evaluating and modifying revenue cycle components to address operating costs, internal control structures, personnel performance accountability, cashflow, and executive performance reporting. Meredith has experience with many practice management systems including Allscripts, McKesson, Epic, Horizon Ambulatory Care and RelayHealth products.
Meredith is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). She is also a member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and earned her Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) designation in 2009. Meredith has also been active in Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM) previously serving as the local chapter Secretary.

miChele Stinson has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. In her role as Senior Vice President for Medical Management Services, miChele specializes in working in a collaborative manner with practice management to address challenges that are often unique to healthcare providers.
miChele began her career in human resources with a professional staffing company, where she learned the nuances of recruitment. When she joined the healthcare field her experiences developed into a broad spectrum of human resource expertise, including corporate policy and procedure development and administration, recruitment, strategic business planning, compensation programs, employee relations, benefits, retirement plans, employee health and safety, and ascension planning.
miChele earned a BA in Legal Administration from the University of West Florida, and became a certified Professional in Human Resources in 1994. miChele is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management and has served in numerous board positions, including president, of her local chapter.

Richelle Harrelson has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As Senior Vice President, she is responsible for the overall administration of Medical Management Services. Through her career she has specialized in many areas to include operations, risk management, contracting, medical billing and coding, and consulting engagements structured to enhance current medical practice operations through practice assessments, operational improvements, revenue development opportunities and developing and implementing strategic plans.
Richelle began her career in the healthcare revenue cycle management arena. After years of third party insurance and physician reimbursement involvement, she began working directly with multispecialty physician offices managing daily operations. Her experience as a practice management executive enabled involvement with all levels of practice operations to include budget development and analysis, capital acquisition analysis, new business line implementation, new practice start up, operational process optimization, compensation modeling, risk management program planning, contract negotiation and physician recruitment. Her operational background is enriched by extensive experience and strong knowledge base of medical practice financial statements.
Richelle has substantial experience in projects ranging from complete turn-arounds to revenue enhancement opportunities including simple optimization review deriving maximum results. She maintains a low impact - high return philosophy which is evident in all of her project outcomes. Richelle believes in client collaboration and leverages her experience with client recommendation and advisement to produce exceptional results.

Robin Gluchacki has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. As Associate Consultant with Medical Management Services, Robin merges extensive experience in multi-specialty clinical coding with comprehensive knowledge of third-party payment methodology to provide incisive analysis of physician reimbursement patterns.
Throughout her career, Robin has acquired experience in third-party physician billing, coding, compliance auditing and education as well as the development and management of reimbursement professionals. Her background has cultivated an expertise in educating physician practice leaders in the area of denial management and enhanced reimbursements.
Robin earned certification as a professional coder in 1999 and in healthcare compliance in 2005. She is an active member of Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA), Healthcare Compliance Resources (HCR), and American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) where she previously served as a local chapter officer.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology in the healthcare industry and over 10 years of experience with Telecommunications. As Executive Consultant with Medical Management Services, Steve offers technical expertise in the development, implementation, dissemination, and support of innovative information technology solutions designed to improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of medical care.
Steve's proficiency is in the overall development and direction of all Network and Telecommunication requirements. He has been responsible for projects such as electronic medical record implementation, documentation imaging execution and demonstrates skill in programming and programming languages. His vast array of program comprehension includes, but is not limited to Oracle DBA, Microsoft MCSE, Novell CNE and Certified FORTIS QFP. Steve also oversees production systems, extract and reporting systems, and information technology teams. He spearheads all telecommunication decisions for cellular phone service and equipment as well as maintenance and upgrades to an 800+ line phone system.
Steve earned his BA Degree in Information Technology from the University of West Florida. He is an active member of multiple community and volunteer organizations to include Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Five Flags Rotary and Tate High School Band Boosters.
