Caitlin earned her degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of West Florida, is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and an American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) nominee. Dan Baggett

Dan has extensive experience in the computer science field. Throughout his career, he has specifically honed this skillset to the healthcare industry. As an Associate Consultant for Medical Management Services, Dan specializes in system configuration, data compilation, report design and build, and select software programming. Dan's experience and education foster his ability to develop valuable tools which medical practice leaders rely heavily upon to manage and maintain "the pulse" of their practice. Through the build of logical work flow charts, Dan converts data compilation functionality into one of several computer languages and in many cases designs a graphical user interface (GUI) allowing non-technical users the ability to run through easy, point-and-click, menu-oriented reports. These actionable tools firmly support operational decisions resulting in improved cashflow, revenue enhancement, establishment of strong internal controls and timely, detailed executive reporting. Mary Land has over 10 years experience in the healthcare field having transitioned to an emergency medical technician following a life changing medical call during her time as a volunteer fire fighter. Since then, Mary's experience has spanned a wide variety of specialties including emergency medicine, public safety, general surgery, primary care and rural health, pain management, and gastroenterology. As an operations and logistics-minded manager, she enjoys focusing on streamlining workflow processes, successful team building, revenue management, and monitoring insurance claim payments. While working with the general surgery group, Mary led the implementation and conversion of the three-physician practice to an electronic medical records system and was responsible for establishing a reputation management program to enhance their presence on the internet and social media. These accomplishments were in addition to the routine tasks of managing claim denials, patient collections, charge entry, and daily patient care. Her tenure with primary care afforded Mary the opportunity to navigate the process of obtaining certification from CMS as a rural health clinic while revamping policies and procedures in order to bring the clinic up to current standards of compliance and converting from one EMR system to another. While there she also produced and implemented a prescription drug monitoring program to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws. Mary is a member of MGMA, maintains a valid Florida EMT license (including BLS certification), and volunteers with several local organizations. In addition, Mary also holds a number of certifications related to Incident Command Systems and National Incident Management System, which are both governed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Richelle began her career in the healthcare revenue cycle management arena. After years of third party insurance and physician reimbursement involvement, she began working directly with multispecialty physician offices managing daily operations. Her experience as a practice management executive enabled involvement with all levels of practice operations to include budget development and analysis, capital acquisition analysis, new business line implementation, new practice start up, operational process optimization, compensation modeling, risk management program planning, contract negotiation and physician recruitment. Her operational background is enriched by extensive experience and strong knowledge base of medical practice financial statements. Richelle has substantial experience in projects ranging from complete turn-arounds to revenue enhancement opportunities including simple optimization review deriving maximum results.
