Andrew Longacre - CEO, President

Andrew has served as the President of Millennium since 2019. He holds bachelor's degrees in Safety Sciences and Political Science, as well as an Executive MBA. Prior to joining Millennium, he worked in the crane & heavy-lifting industry for both a national crane rental company and OEM crane manufacturer. Andrew directs the overall business strategy along with the operational, financial, sales, and safety aspects of the company.

Ashley Swanson

Job Titles:

Ashley is a graduate of West Virginia University and Lindenwood University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining the team at Millennium, she specialized in high-volume recruitment and onboarding and holds experience in collaboration with teams in compliance, customer service, benefits administration, and organizational leadership. Ashley currently serves as the Employee Success and Recruiting Manager at Millennium.

Brandon Laitinen

Job Titles:
  • Branch Manager - Eighty Four, PA
Brandon has been in the industry for over 15 years and now serves as the Branch Manager for our Eighty Four, PA facility where he oversees all manpower and equipment for the Northeast Region. Prior to joining Millennium in 2018, he worked for a Specialty Industrial Contractor as a Lead Field Technician. He specialized in Power Generation and Oil & Gas Industries. He also has 3 years of experience providing specialized bolting support in the Offshore Drilling and Production Industry, as well as on-site support for Sub Sea Tensioning.

Courtney Howell

Courtney joined the Millennium team in 2020. As a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of sales experience, Courtney is knowledgeable in industrial tool and specialty service sales. She holds a BSBA from Duquesne University and a BSN from Florida State College. Currently, Courtney works as an Account Manager for Millennium based out of our newly opened Sarasota, Florida facility overseeing our Florida market.

Erin Cunningham

Job Titles:

Erin is a 2020 college graduate of Duquesne University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. She is Millennium's Marketing Manager, responsible for creating sales literature, managing our social media presence, and coordinating campaigns for the sales team. She has also successfully restructured the new branding for Millennium to include our product and service lines under the Millennium name.

Fred Kern

Fred is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a BES in Materials Science Engineering. Prior to Millennium, Fred worked in Sales in the Welding Industry. He has been with Millennium for 15 years and is currently an Account Manager overseeing our Mid-Ohio Valley including West Virginia, Southern Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. He specializes in bolting, machining, and heat-treating applications.

Greg Mallett

Greg has over 25 years in the machining industry, with the bulk of his time spent as the sales manager for an international cutting tool manufacturing company. He has extensive experience in CNC turning & milling applications, as well as tool selection and the product portfolio Millennium carries.

Hector Ortiz

  • Vice President of Operations for Millennium
Hector serves as Vice President of Operations for Millennium and has over 20 years of combined experience in the specialty mechanical services industry. Prior to Millennium, Hector was a successful Branch Manager and subsequently District Manager for a multinational on-site mechanical service provider. Currently, Hector is responsible for all of Millennium'sfield service operations and also serves as our subject matter expert for the valve-related service lines and specialty mechanical services.

Janis Jones

Job Titles:

Janis has over 25 years of experience as an Office Administrator with a primary focus on Finance. She has spent the last 15 years in the Oil & Gas Industry serving as an integral part of structuring district offices to support daily business operations. She currently serves as the Accounting Specialist for Millennium.

Jeff Fyock

Job Titles:
  • EHS ( Safety ) Director
Jeff serves as Millennium's EHS (Safety) Director and is responsible for providing direct oversight of Millennium's Environmental Health & Safety management systems and programs. He has been with Millennium since May 2022. Prior to joining Millennium, Jeff worked for 8 years as an EHS Specialist in the Chemicals Industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Safety Sciences from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and is currently pursuing his Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.

Kevin Popeck

Job Titles:
  • Business Systems Manager for Millennium
Kevin serves as Business Systems Manager for Millennium, overseeing the development, administration, and management of all aspects of new and existing technologies, systems, and business processes. Prior to joining Millennium in 2022, Kevin worked in various technology and support functions for multiple large-scale companies in the Pittsburgh area. He is well-rounded with experience in Project Management, Business and Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, Change Management, and Consulting.

Leah Ortiz

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager - Spartanburg, SC
Leah brings over 30 years of Customer Service experience to Millennium. In 2016, Leah began her career in the Industrial Service Industry as a Manpower Scheduler for a multinational on-site mechanical service provider. There, she took on various day-to-day tasks working to become the sole Office Manager for their Charlotte, NC location. In 2020 Leah transitioned over to Millennium as the Office Manager to open our Rock Hill, SC location.

Matthew Hartzell

Matthew is a 2019 graduate of The College of Wooster, and he holds a BA in Political Science with a concentration in United States Politics. Upon graduation, Matthew began his career as an Account Manager with Millennium primarily managing our New England territory. Matthew has since transitioned to managing Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York regions. He specializes in On-Stream Leak Repair, Hot Taps, Line Freezes, and Field Machining service lines.

Michael Robbibaro

Mike is a 2017 graduate from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Prior to working at Millennium, Mike started his career as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator and Staff Coordinator primarily dealing with client Darden Restaurants. After more than two years with Armada, Mike accepted an opportunity with the Allegheny County Airport Authority as a Staff Accountant in their Finance Department. He was with ACAA until he accepted his current position here at Millennium Torque & Tensioning where he operates as our Accounting Director.

Richard Cunningham - Founder

As a pioneer in the industrial bolting industry with 35 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of industrial torque and tensioning tools, Richard founded Millennium with the vision to become a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric torque and tensioning equipment. He led the company to become a strategic partner with giants in the electric utility, oil and gas, petrochemical, and mining industries. Through strategic positioning, Richard evolved Millennium Torque & Tensioning, Inc. into a full-scale product and service company now known as Millennium Torque & Tensioning, Inc./Millennium Industrial Services (MTT/MIS). With international reach, Millennium Torque & Tensioning, Inc./Millennium Industrial Services has become a major player in the industrial products and services industry.

Robert Lagrange

Robert has been in the Refining and Chemical Industry for the past 20 years. He started as a Unit Operator at a Refinery before becoming a full time Industrial and Residential Firefighter. Since 2005, Robert has worked for a Mechanical Contractor specializing in On-Stream Leak Repair. He started as a Field Technician and worked up to Operations and Sales. Currently, Robert serves as the Branch Manager supporting the Chicago territory for Millennium.

Robert Roy

Robert is currently the Control Manager for our Spartanburg, SC facility. He has been in the industry for nearly 10 years. Robert has spent 9 years as a Field Technician and is well-versed in leak sealing, hot taps, line stops, concrete base injection, manual valve repair, and safety valve testing and repair. Robert has worked in various environments from paper mills to nuclear power plants. At his previous employer, Robert was the Head of the Calibration Lab, controlling all equipment used for testing safety valves in the Nuclear Industry.

Whitney Ehlers

Whitney brings over 5 years of Office Management Experience to the Millennium team. Prior to joining Millennium, Whitney gained managerial and analytic experience in both the real estate and medical industries. She currently serves as an Operations Specialist where she supports the Northeast Operations and has been with Millennium since December of 2022.
