Allison Wilson

Allison Wilson, CPA, is the Vice President of Finance at Metro Mechanical. She is responsible for the organization's finance and accounting functions and provides executives, managers, and stakeholders with financial information and analytical data to make informed economic decisions. As a second-generation owner of Metro Mechanical, Allison worked her way through various roles while in high school and college before joining the company full-time in 2010 as a Senior Accountant. She most recently served as Controller before assuming her current role as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Metro Mechanical, Allison worked as a staff auditor and accountant at high-profile organizations, including CSpire. Allison received the 2009 Silas Simmons Bronze Medal Award for earning the third-highest CPA examination score in Mississippi and, in 2010, became a state-certified public account. Her professional career includes serving as the President of the Mississippi Young CPA Network, and Chairman of the Industry Committee and Young CPA Liaison Committee for the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). She is currently a member of the MSPCA, the Central Chapter of the MSCPA, and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Allison is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Mississippi State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy. She also completed several executive and career courses, including the Karrass Negotiating School, the Dale Carnegie Skills for Success, and the Mississippi ABC Construction Leadership Institute.

Bryan P. Phillips - President

As President of Metro Mechanical, Bryan Phillips sets strategic short- and long-term goals, oversees business development efforts, is closely involved in the recruitment of highly skilled Team Members, and supports all Metro Mechanical departments to ensure clients receive quality, personalized service. In addition to his role at Metro Mechanical, Bryan is a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG). Bryan's career at Metro Mechanical started in 1997 as an Estimator and Designer. His attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction helped accelerate his career and leadership roles within the organization. Before serving as President, Bryan was Vice President of Operations, overseeing service operations and leading the organization's design-build team and Mississippi field operations. Bryan graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He also served in the Mississippi Army National Guard and completed the Project Management for Mechanical Construction program at Purdue University. Bryan is a proud member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Tau Alpha Pi National Honor Society.

Frank White - President

Frank White, an industry veteran with more than three decades of experience in HVAC Mechanical Contracting, has led the Metro Mechanical team as President since its founding in 1994. Since that time, his focus has been on growing the business through the development of a solid management team, personal client contact and project quality.

Rick White - CFO, VP

Rick White serves as Metro Mechanical's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), in which he manages all financial aspects of the organization, including project cost analysis and asset management. Rick's experience as a Certified Public Account was valuable in establishing Metro Mechanical's financial procedures, such as audit processes, financial reporting, and job cost assessments. In addition to his role as CFO, Rick is actively involved in marketing of the Metro Mechanical brand, serving as publisher of their quarterly newsletter The Metro Message. This communication platform is shared internally, as well as with customers, and has contributed to Metro Mechanical's increase in client base and sales growth. Rick is a proud graduate of Mississippi College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Tony Pace - VP of Sales

As the Vice President of Sales for Metro Mechanical, Tony oversees sales strategies and leads a team of business development professionals to ensure the growth of the organization. In addition to sales management, Tony is also involved in project management of certain accounts. Tony's career in the commercial HVAC industry started in 1996 as an assistant in commercial HVAC construction. He honed his skills while serving our country as active duty in the United States Air Force (1992-1996) and the Air National Guard (1996-2000) as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic. There, he completed the Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician Training program, as well as several USAF Quality Training courses. In 2005, Tony joined Metro Mechanical as a Project Manager, where he rose through the ranks in sales and senior management roles. Tony holds a number of certificates that have contributed to his knowledge of the industry, including an HVAC Apprenticeship Training Program with the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., as well as a Project Management for Mechanical Certificate from Purdue University.
