Ashley Hill has worked at MMCC since May of 2011. Prior to becoming the Director in 2016, she worked as a teacher amongst our Infant and Toddler program and has over 15 years of experience working with children in the field of Early Education. She is Director 2 certified through the Department of Early Education and Care and is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Early Intervention through Fisher College which will be completed in March 2023. Ashley is dedicated to helping every child and family have a positive, successful, and productive experience at MMCC from infancy through Pre-K. When Ashley is not working or in class, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and friends!

Denise Rizzo-Ranieri, MS Ed, is President and Co-founder of Realizing Children's Strengths (RCS), along with Louis Ranieri. Denise is also Chief of Design & Innovation and is the President of RCS Learning Center's Board of Directors.
Nikiya Rose has worked at MMCC since September 2008. Prior to becoming the Director in 2010, she worked as a teacher in the Preschool Program and has over 30 years of experience working with children in the field of Early Education. She is Director 2 certified through the Department of Early Education and Care and has obtained her Associate's Degree from Fisher College. Nikiya's goal is to ensure that every child and family at MMCC has the best early childhood experience possible. When Nikiya is not working, she enjoys spending time with her four daughters, family and friends, and shopping.
