In addition to helping small business owners with taxation and business advisory needs, Marco has many years of audit and assurance experience. With this experience, Marco is able to provide clients with an expert and objective opinion for audits and reviews. His skills include managing engagements for clients with up to $100 million in revenue. Marco has experience handling complex engagements such as auditing compliance with lease agreements and contracts. Marco has helped small and medium sized business owners and high net worth individuals in the development and implementation of succession, wealth management, corporate and personal tax plans. His experience includes general tax consulting, capital needs forecasting and analysis, as well as managing financial resources and cash-flows. In addition, Marco is involved in assisting clients in a variety of specialized practice areas including, assisting professionals (Health and Legal) through their transition from associating to establishing, partnering or purchasing a practice. He has experience providing strategic reviews of target acquisitions, analyzing the target's financial data, assessing synergies between entities and analyzing current financing types, structures and terms for clients.

Pierre, a former partner of Horwath Orenstein LLP, brings over 23 years of experience to his audit and assurance engagements, assisting clients with financial audits and reviews. His clients include manufacturers, retailers, internet-related companies, investment companies, general contractors, professionals (Legal and Health), wholesalers, exporters and importers. Pierre embraces the core values of the firm by developing his client relationships beyond basic accounting functions. In addition to creating tactics to improve profitability and minimizing taxes, he advises his clients on business planning and strategy. Pierre helps evaluate financing options and designs appropriate capital structures. Pierre assists with short term growth strategies, which encompasses a wide range of services from evaluating current financing structure and cash flow management.
