• Vice President, ECommerce Marketing

As the former Group Vice President of the Echelon Program at IXI Corporation, Brian managed the marketing side of the Internet division, including assessing market needs and requirements, defining business, marketing requirements, and user interface management. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Claritas, Inc., finishing as the Senior Director of Product Management, a position in which he managed all "future products" initiatives, owned business and functional requirements for several new products under development, and handled the migration of client base from legacy platforms to new product line. Brian also served as the Director of Product Management, the Manager of Applications Development, and the Key Accounts Manager, for which he was named Client Service MVP and "Rookie of the Year." As a Senior Information Systems Specialist, he worked seven years at Sears, Roebuck and Company. Brian earned a degree in Pragmatic Marketing and Practical Software Management in 1997 and a BA from University of Illinois, Chicago.

• Senior Director of Finance and Planning

Prior to joining BrightSAGE, Bryan served as a Senior Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Services practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he spent over ten years serving a range of clients in the Financial Services industry providing financial, operational, and regulatory consulting for various securities and futures exchanges/clearing organizations, securities brokers and dealers, private investment funds, and registered investment advisors. His specializations include financial and risk management, SEC services, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. In addition, Bryan was actively involved in the business development process, which included the selling of firm-wide products and services to existing and prospective clients. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society. Bryan also serves as an Advisory Board Member and Executive Partner for Junior Achievement of Chicago.

Eric has spent 10 years in enterprise commercial software engineering for corporate projects as well as shrink-wrapped software packages in the Consulting and Financial Services industries. Eric's experience includes projects on multiple platforms and languages and he has spent the last 3 years dedicated to web software development on the Microsoft.Net and Sun Java platforms. Eric was the Director of ECommerce and Agency Services for CNA Insurance, working to build a B2B exchange for insurance sales and service. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management/Information Systems and Economics from Northern Illinois University's College of Business.

Prior to BrightSAGE, John served as IT Director for IMPAC Group, a holding company for printing and packaging companies. John was directly responsible for all IT integration activities related to acquisitions as well as tactical IT initiatives at manufacturing and office locations. Prior to IMPAC Group, John served as a consultant to AGI, the precursor to IMPAC Group working on business process re-engineering and vendor choice for Y2K/ERP initiatives. John was the IT Manager at International Survey Research and a Senior Customer Engineer at Datapoint Corporation. John earned a BA degree from DePaul University.

Prior to joining BrightSAGE, Kanwar served for 2 years as Assistant General Counsel of Monsanto Company where he handled Mergers & Acquisitions, International Transactions, Joint Ventures and Licensing for the company's pharmaceutical and agricultural businesses on a global basis. Prior to that time, Kanwar was an attorney with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis in its Chicago, Illinois office where he practiced for approximately 6 years. Kanwar represented clients ranging from private equity funds, to emerging growth companies, to Fortune 100 companies, on domestic and international debt and equity financing and investments, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University, Kanwar graduated from the Boston University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an editor of the Boston University Law Review, received the School's Hennessey, Liacos and Tauro Awards for outstanding academic performance and an American Jurisprudence Award.

Stacy comes to BrightSAGE with management Human Resources experience in the Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Consulting industries. She has specialized in Performance Management, Organizational Design, Recruiting, Human Resource Development Strategies, Employee Relations and Labor Relations at Motorola and at Eaton Corporation. In addition Stacy was part of the Change Management Team in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting Division focusing on assisting organizations through organizational changes, realignment of businesses and the impact on Human Resources. Stacy holds a Masters degree in Human Resource and Labor Relations and a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University.

Subhash's past experience includes over 8 years in the Internet and Software industries. He has led cross-functional sales and marketing teams for Intellution, Inc., a subsidiary of Emerson Electric, where he was named an Outstanding Achiever twice. His achievements include taking over all sales and marketing responsibilities for Western North America and making the territory the model territory for the company in terms of sales growth, innovation, and organizational development. He has worked as a Internet Strategy Consultant for companies including Yahoo!, Microsoft and Pandesic. Subhash holds an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
