Abbi Morgan

Abbi Morgan is the Director of Business Development and Communications for the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association. She first joined MnSEIA as the Communications Intern before working at the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) in Washington D.C. There she helped with content creation and program planning for some of SEIA's biggest events, including RE+ and various regional conferences.

Logan O'Grady

Logan O'Grady is the Executive Director of the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association. He is authorized to practice law in Minnesota and is a registered lobbyist for MnSEIA. Previously, Logan worked at Larkin Hoffman where he served as an attorney on the firm's government relations team, representing solar companies at the state Capitol and in front of the Public Utilities Commission. He also served as the Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Clean Energy Economy Minnesota (CEEM) and as the Committee Administrator for the Minnesota Senate's powerful capital investment committee. Logan holds a Law Degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Master's Degree from the Hult International Business School in London.

Megan Holz

Megan Holz is the Senior Marketing & Communications Associate for the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association (MnSEIA). She previously worked for the Sierra Club Wisconsin chapter as a Digital Organizing Project Aid. She started with MnSEIA in May of 2022 as Marketing and Events Intern before moving into her current role. Megan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a Biology and Environmental Science degree.

Suzan Klein - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Finance & Operations
joined the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association in March of 2019 where she is responsible for a variety of MnSEIA's operations to help advance solar in Minnesota. Prior to MnSEIA, Suzan was with Keystone Policy Center for 10 years, facilitating public-private initiatives in the environment and energy sectors. She also worked as a paralegal in environmental law with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC and in private practice. Suzan holds a Master's Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
