Every instrument is made in my small shop at home by me and my son (who is also part of the reason I had to start building guitars). We build a limited number of instruments per year by hand. No CNC machines for mass production here. I started out with the philosophy that I would build what I wanted and hoped that others would like it also. I am all about quality, options and made in the good ole USA... Welcome to Montgomery Guitars. We have been building basses and guitars in our local area and are now expanding to the web. We are a small two-man company at present where each and every instrument is hand-crafted entirely by me and my son. We build a limited number of instruments each year. We have a few base models currently, but even those are just a starting point. Everything is crafted by hand from the carving of the neck through completion.
