MONCTON LAWYER - Key Persons

Nicole E. Druckman

After graduating from McGill University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW), she received her Bachelor of Laws from L'Université de Moncton and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2001. Nicole had the opportunity to learn from great lawyers and subsequently became one of the youngest lawyers in Atlantic Canada to open her own successful law firm in downtown Moncton, N.B. Nicole has broad experience in business, real estate, as well as immigration law. She has represented individuals as well as international corporations. Each of her clients receives the same dedicated and personal attention. Nicole prides herself on her work ethic and she helps clients solve all matters to their complete satisfaction. These interests give her the experience and knowledge to understand the needs of her clients from a business perspective, in addition to that of the law. Nicole was lead counsel on the "Maeng family" case in 2011, an internationally publicized case, where she was able to stop a deportation to Korea by applying pressure on municipal, provincial, and federal governments. Nicole is very active in the community as a member of many boards and associations. Also, following Typhoon Haiyan that devastated the Philippines in 2013, Nicole organized a fundraiser and raised more than $25,000 for the Red Cross relief effort. She has been invited to speak at a wide range of conferences and has served as Second Vice-President of MAGMA (Multicultural Association for the Greater Moncton Area) from 2014 to 2016.
