Alex Arendall

Alex was born and raised in Mobile and is a 1997 graduate of UMS-Wright Preparatory School. He received a B. S. in Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Before joining the firm in 2021, he had a successful 18-year career in commercial banking with Synovus, Regions Bank, and ServisFirst Bank. In 2012, Alex was instrumental in establishing the Mobile office for ServisFirst Bank, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President. Alex has held leadership roles for numerous charitable and civic organizations, including 2020-2021 President of the Alabama Area Board for the American Cancer Society and UMS-Wright Preparatory School Alumni Association. Current or past involvement also includes YMCA of South Alabama, National MS Society, Coastal Conservation Association, Senior Bowl, and Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. Gray A. Ingle

Gray Acker Ingle was born in Mobile in 1985. In 1996, she and her family moved to Greensboro, NC where she graduated from Greensboro Day School. After high school, she studied at North Carolina State University and at The University of Alabama where she received a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in banking and financial services from Alabama's Culverhouse College of Business. After graduation, Gray returned to Mobile and has been engaged in the financial services industry since 2007. After holding positions in retail banking and serving as the area marketing officer for Regions Bank, Gray transitioned to the retirement plan business. She was a national internal sales and marketing consultant for Newport Group and, more recently, for Mobile-based Employee Fiduciary. In 2019, Gray joined the firm as Director of Qualified Plan Services where she manages existing qualified retirement plan relationships and develops new ERISA qualified plan clients. Jay Crowley

Following his graduation from the University of Alabama, Jay was employed as a staff accountant with a local public accounting firm for two years and as a senior accountant with the same firm for six months. In July 2020, Crowley accepted a position as an operations trainee of Mitchell McLeod Pugh & Williams in Mobile. In January 2021, Jay became head of the firm's operations and portfolio management systems divisions, and he continues to serve in this role. Kyle C. Pugh - Managing Director

Kyle is a founding member of the firm and serves as a managing director. He is also the firm's chief investment officer and a member of its Investment Policy Committee. He has been engaged in the financial services and investment management industries since 1988. During this time, he has held management positions in both retail and commercial banking, served as a co-portfolio manager for a mid-cap equity mutual fund, and as manager for various individual, corporate, trust, profit-sharing and 401(k) investment accounts. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and a Master of Business Administration from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at The University of Alabama. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Alabama. Born in Mobile, Kyle is a lifelong resident and is married with three children. He is a 1999 graduate of Leadership Mobile, a past board member for the American Cancer Society of Mobile, and currently serves as a board member for the Greater Mobile Development Corporation and the Bulldog Athletic Association. Michael Barnett

Michael was born and raised in Mobile, and is a 2005 graduate of St. Paul's Episcopal School. He received a B.S. in Finance in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration in 2011, both from the University of Alabama. Upon graduation, Michael joined BBVA Compass Bank in the management training program located in Birmingham, AL. A year later, he was placed out of the program into the position of Credit Products Officer in Dallas, TX where he worked with large middle market public finance credits. In 2014, Michael moved back to Birmingham to work in Capital Planning for BBVA Compass, where he contributed to all aspects for the regulatory CCAR review as required by the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (DFAST). Michael moved back to Mobile in July of 2017 to join Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor. He spent the following five years working with families in managing their wealth and guiding their decisions to ensure they were able to accomplish their financial ambitions, both short-term and long-term. He left Morgan Stanley in 2022 to join MMPW. Michael has held leadership roles for numerous charitable and civic organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), the Senior Bowl Committee, and the Finance Leadership Committee for L'Arche Mobile.
