Kartra offers some functionalities that aren't there in ClickFunnels like in built-video hosting (with ClickFunnels you have to purchase 3rd party plugins like Wistia, Vimeo, or use Youtube). Kartra also comes with a helpdesk software for customer support and a built-in Calendar functionality to take appointments bookings, built right into it. Currently, these features are not available in ClickFunnels, but this may change.
