Scott Morris, a native of the State of Kansas. is the founder of Morris Law Firm. P.A., incorporated in September of 2006. Prior to forming his own firm Scott was an associate with Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano, P.A.; a Cape Coral firm, for over nine years. Licensed to practice law in Florida since September of 1996; he also practiced Law in the State of Kansas from 1984 until 1989. He has over 23 years of experience in the legal field having practiced in two different states. Currently Attorney , Scott Morris is licensed to practice law in Florida State Court, Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, Kansas State Court; and Federal Court for the District of Kansas. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, Kansas Bar, Association of Family Law Professionals, Christian Chamber of Southwest Florida, and the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce. Scott has handled numerous court and jury trials over his career. He has practiced in many different areas of the law.
