MOSCONE DEVELOPMENTS

He got his start in home construction when he was only 15 years old. Dan's dad would pick him up after school and drive him to the job site where he would tidy up the job site, move materials and "sweep up nails" so the site was ready for the builders in the morning. He progressed from after-school labourer when he hired his first framing crew when he was only 19. The rest, as they say, is history.
