Ciaran is an Associate Director and Chartered Quantity surveyor with extensive experience in cost managing and cost planning. Since joining MMP in 2015, Ciaran has proven his ability to successfully deliver a wide range of projects, through various procurement models, in both the public and private sector. Highly motivated and diligent, Ciaran also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Project Management and has used those qualifications, allied with his experience of the Irish Construction market, to bring significant added value to his clients.

Gerry is MMP's construction law / legal consultant, a non-practising barrister acting as a dispute resolver in arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and conciliator/ mediation. He is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor working in the industry over 40 years, having worked with MMP from 1979 to 1989 and laterally from 2000. In addition to his role as dispute resolver, Gerry acts as Expert in Quantum for Clients in Courts and Arbitrations. Gerry is a current member of the Governments Adjudication Panel and has extensive experience in many aspects of the Construction Industry. He has served on many professional committees within the Construction Industry and is a delegate of the CEEC (Construction Economists within European Community), and a member of the International Construction Measurement Standards Committee. Gerry also lectures on construction contracts at TCD and the Law Society. Gerry also manages a number of MMP's educational, medical, commercial, residential and refurbishment projects.
Jerry joined MMP Health & Safety Ltd in 2005, and has been engaged as a consultant since 2011. With vast experience of managing the Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) role on a variety of new build and refurbishment/ upgrade projects, Jerry currently works on residential, retail, office, pharmaceutical, food plants, largescale wind farm developments in Ireland and the United Kingdom where he fulfils the PSDP and Principal Designer roles. As a qualified HR professional and Performance Coach he brings a skill in resolving issues within design teams in order to ensure the best outcome for our Clients.
Kevin has been a Director with MMP since 1999 and Managing Director since 2016. With a vast range of experience across all sectors of the industry, Kevin currently works on residential, commercial, industrial/pharma, educational and refurbishment projects. Kevin has a particular skillset in guiding large construction projects from feasibility stages through pre contract with timely and comprehensive advice on budget and procurement strategies. As a qualified Conciliator, Mediator and advisor on construction disputes, he brings this expertise to his day-to-day work, adding value for the Client at all stages of their project. For Kevin, problem solving is not a challenge, it is a passion!
Stephen is a director of Mulcahy McDonagh & Partners with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. He is highly accomplished in the cost management of large-scale commercial developments and fit-outs. Stephen is also an experienced Project Manager and heads up our Building Information Modelling (BIM) department and our Mechanical and Electrical cost management Department. His extensive experience in the cost management and development of large scale, complex projects has earned him an excellent reputation.
