I have worked in the insurance industry for over 7 years now. I began my career as a processor for a Commercial Lines Account Manager, specializing in the manufactured housing industry. After 2 years working as a processor, I moved over to the Personal Lines Insurance side and became an Account Manager. I have also worked in the accounting department and helped manage an agency. I pride myself on attention to detail and I pursue perfection in everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy gazing proudly at the results of the hours I have spent on yard work, and then relaxing on the deck with my family, while throwing the ball for our 2 dogs, Ruby June and Lola.

Christina Cranston is manager of Accounts Payable and Account Receivable for Mobile Insurance. She is also a licensed commercial insurance agent which enables her to recognize and address insurance specific issues with regards to accounting, commissions, billing and collections.

Dana is a Senior Commercial Agent who works with investors to place the best coverage after educating them on their specific needs. Dana is extremely thorough and detailed, accurate and timely. Dana is a seasoned agent and well versed in the coverage needs specific to the manufactured housing industry.
When Dana has any free time, she enjoys decorating and often helps her friends with input for their homes. She also enjoys spending time with her adult children an volunteering at her church.

Della Holland is Kurt Kelley's right hand and "Girl Friday". She is also the Operations Manager of Mobile Insurance and handles most of the behind the scenes operations as well as HR.
Della is organized and thorough and Kurt has utmost confidence her ability to handle every task she's given. Della enjoys quilting and relaxing with her husband on their hobby farm.

Dimitra Monahas has over 15 years of customer service experience in various industries. She uses the knowledge gained in those years to ensure the best possible experience for each of her clients.
Dimitra was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is an avid reader. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and cheering on the Houston Astros.

Gloria Theriault with her vast knowledge of all things insurance brings an irreplaceable skillset to Mobile Insurance. Her command of insurance and her ability to relate to her clients from several perspectives makes her an advocate of understanding and a solid insurance counselor.
Gloria has also completed a Commercial Real Estate Course which gives her a larger perspective for her clients. After graduating from San Antonio College, she attended Texas A&M. Gloria enjoys reading, crafting, gardening and repurposing/recycling things. Gloria also adopts special need pets, giving them much needed care and unconditional love.

When she is not working to expand her insurance knowledge, she is home balancing between tea parties and baseball games. Jeanett Salmon-Andrada is the face and the voice of Mobile Insurance. At the front desk, she does her best to make you feel at home when you visit the office. When you call, Jeanett will seek just enough information to connect you to the right agent. She greets everyone with a smile and her co-workers can depend on her to process what she's given, accurately and timely. Jeanett, a licensed agent plays a supporting role in our Personal Lines department as well.
Jeanett is a proud mom of three sons. She enjoys being home with her husband and sons and collecting coupons.

Jennifer Perkins has almost 3 decades of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in programs for the manufactured housing industry and residential investment properties.

Karie Martin has years of experienced in every facet of the insurance industry. She has an excellent comprehension of commercial insurance coverage coupled with an exceptional understanding of the intricacies and needs of the manufactured housing community.
Karie is responsible for the managing and continued training of all licensed commercial agents for Mobile Insurance. Ms. Martin works in tandem with Kurt Kelley to identify and develop insurance related products, packages and coverages and assists major insurance carriers in their construction of policies tailored to the needs of the manufactured housing industry.
Karie loves to travel relaxing at home and spending what time she can with her grown children.

Kathy holds a business degree from the University of Illinois and is a seasoned Senior Commercial Agent. Kathy's clients frequently report how pleased they are with her as their agent. She listens and responds quickly. She enjoys yoga, reading, and playing with her two dogs and one cat. In her spare time, she attends two monthly book clubs and reads a variety of topics from crime mystery, historical fiction, and business related books.
Kurt Kelley, as board certified criminal attorney, brings an invaluable skillset to Mobile Insurance. His perspective and understanding of contractual agreements, LLC's, commercial policies and their clauses makes Kurt a crucial member of any real estate investor's team.
Lilliana Hart serves visitors at Mobile Insurance by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. At the front desk, she leaves a positive impression on those who come in. She stays prepared to answer your call and guides you to the correct agent. Processing and inputting information for co-workers in a timely manner also plays a large role in helping the office run smoothly.

I am from Nashville, Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. I am married have a sweet baby boy. I love traveling, spending time with family and friends, and laying out by the pool. My biggest passion is helping others and meeting new people.
Polly comes to Mobile after working many years as a corporate administrator at her family business as well as many more years as a Dental Hygienist. She learned how to communicate and take care of people in one of the toughest environments known to mankind - the Dentist's Office! Polly is in charge of communicating loss control recommendations to all Mobile's clients. Polly is an astute reader and enjoys helping others, going for walks, and spending time with her friends and family.
Renelyn is the newest member of the team, working as an Commercial Account Assistant. Originally from the Philippines where she graduated with a degree in Information Technology, she migrated to the US in 2017. Her resilience and go-getter attitude enabled her to quickly adapt and embrace her new environment and culture. Her passion to learn new things drives her in taking on the new challenge in the insurance industry. She loves to bake in her spare time, watch Korean dramas, and would like to add a new language under her belt, she currently speaks Tagalog, English and Japanese.

As a registered Golden Retriever, Tripp brings the best of his breed's qualities to work with him every day. Tripp is our official greeter and each visitor experiences his unconditional welcome. Tripp enjoys laying around, investigating what each staff member has brought for lunch, and riding in the side car of Mr. Kelley's URAL motorcycle.

I was born and raised in a small town named "Mount Juliet" it's right outside of Nashville, Tennessee. I graduated from Mt. Juliet High School in 2013 and went straight to work! I was in the warehousing industry for 8 years. 7 of them were at the same company. I recently wanted a more career-oriented job, and I can say I'm very happy I found Mobile! I could tell right from my first conversation with Jennifer that I wanted to make this my home! Some of my favorite things are: Playing/watching sports, playing video games, hanging out with my family, and most importantly, annoying my beautiful wife!
