Dilip B. Panakkal

  • SENIOR DESIGNER
Dilip Panakkal brings more than 25 years of International architectural design management experience in Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Laboratory design, and residential design to the table. He is an innovative designer with an aptitude for thinking outside the box, seeing solutions where others only see problems. Born and raised in India, Dilip moved to the US after working for 5 years in Mumbai, India, and over 9 years in Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman with Australian and British companies. After coming to the US, he expanded his experience to include Healthcare Design and Advanced CAD/ BIM technology, by working for several internationally recognized Architecture and Healthcare Design firms such as CO Architects (formerly Anshen + Allen, LA), RBB Architects in Los Angeles, Black and Veatch in Milpitas, and VDK Architects in Oakland California. Dilip is responsible for CAD and development of the Document Set, with a commitment to quality and speed.

Jim Lefever

Job Titles:
  • SENIOR ARCHITECT
With over thirty years of experience on a wide variety of project types, Jim brings a passion for design, quality, inquiry and discovery to all his projects. Jim finds his center in the effort to "get it right", continually working to produce projects that are both practical and inspirational. Jim's goal is to produce projects that are useful, buildable, code compliant and affordable while still delivering the architectural magic of innovation, discovery and wonder. He works to balance practical making of space, use of material and efficiency in designs that create great places. "God is in the details" and Jim knows that mastering the detail is critical to the success of all projects. A successful design gets it right on many levels. Jim has worked on projects of all types, ranging from commercial to hospitality to institutional to residential. He has delivered projects of most construction types and of all sizes. He has worked with large and small teams to deliver significant projects for A.C. Martin, Ellerby Becket, Gensler and M-Co Design. Projects that range from the 72 story U S Bank tower in Los Angeles to the award winning Los Angeles Sheriff's Youth Boxing Center. He has worked on glass and steel hotel towers and restored historic bungalows. Jim is responsible for the technical appropriateness of the design and quality controls measures of the document set by which it is delivered.

MOHAN P. JOSHI - President

Mohan P. Joshi brings more than 20 years of diverse US and international architectural design management experience in luxury resorts & spas, world class hotels, commercial office design, mixed use facilities, regional shopping centers, senior congregate facilities and residential design. He is a prolific problem solver with a background and expertise that encompasses contracts, proposals, concept design, space planning, fee management and client satisfaction. Born in India and raised in Mauritius and India, Mr. Joshi moved to Los Angeles after completing his Bachelor of Architecture in India, to further his studies and obtain his Master in Architecture at SCI-ARC.More recently Mr. Joshi completed his second Master degree, MBA from The Marshall School of Business, USC. Mr. Joshi continued his development in the field of architecture by working for several internationally recognized Architecture and Design firms such as Johnson Fain, Watg, Gensler, Hirsch Bedner and Altoon & Porter Architects. Mr. Joshi is responsible for keeping activity analysis, growth and business strategy adaptable to the global business environment enabling the firm to deliver designs that are innovative, thoughtful and valuable to the communities which they serve.
