Brett currently serves as board member for the First United Methodist Church and Boys & Girls Club of Henderson Co. Brett was also a past board member and president of Housing Assistance Corporation. Brett has been with Morrow Insurance since 2005 and became the agency's president in 2016.

Marsh Dark received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, holds a Master's degree in insurance from Georgia State University and also holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Marsh is past president of both the Marion Rotary Club and of the McDowell Chamber of Commerce. He has served as chair-person for The McDowell Hospital board of directors and was a volunteer fire fighter of 20 years for the Marion Fire Department. Currently, Marsh is serving on the boards of The McDowell Community Endowment and for McDowell Technical College Foundation. He is a third generation insurance agent who began his career in the industry in 1980.

Terry Robinson's background includes audio & video production, compact disc manufacturing, summer camp administration and information technology. Terry is a graduate of Brevard College and UNC-Asheville. Terry began providing IT support to Morrow Insurance on an ad-hoc basis after teaching several Morrow employees in computer classes at the local community college. Terry currently manages the agency's technology and works with clients on their cyber risk needs.

Will Hendricks provides insurance and risk management services to camps and conference centers. Will received his undergraduate degree in Insurance & Risk Management from Appalachian State University and obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor Designation (CIC) in 2007. Will currently serves as board member and past chair for the Camplify non-profit program. Will was also the past chair and 7 term board member for the United Way of Henderson Co.
