Amanda has been with Mullen, Sondberg, Wimbish & Stone, PA for almost three years now. She was born and raised in Southern Anne Arundel County and has always loved the Annapolis area. She graduated from Mount St. Mary's University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and is currently working on getting her Bookkeeping Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College.

Bryan J. Conroy

Bryan graduated in 2022 from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He joined the firm shortly after, starting in January of 2023. Bryan is originally from the Annapolis area and enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends in his free time.

Danielle D. Easley

Danielle joined Mullen, Sondberg, Wimbish & Stone in July 2023, with an ambition to support this high functioning, fast paced professional services organization, and make an impact on the firm by building positive relationships with clients and coworkers. She grew up in Harford County and recently resided in Anne Arundel County. In 2019, she graduated from Harford Community College with an Associate's Degree in Education and intends to further her education. In Spring 2023, she competed in the Miss Maryland pageant and made lifelong memories with new friends. In her free time, she participates in fundraising events for the Special Olympics Maryland. Her favorite fundraising event that she volunteered for was the WBAL Telethon. She also enjoys flying on airplanes and taking long road trips to enjoy the scenic views.

Eric P. Siegfried

Eric Siegfried is a graduate of Salisbury University with degrees in Accounting and Economics. As one of the Partners with Mullen, Sondberg, Wimbish & Stone, PA, he works with individuals, business owners and non-profit executives and board of directors. For 12 years he has prepared and advised individual and small business clients on tax returns and tax planning, especially in the medical profession and government contractor industry. He also works with companies and non-profit organizations to complete financial statement audits and reviews and employee benefit plan audits. Locally, Eric serves as an advisor on the Hospice of the Chesapeake Planned Giving Advisory Council. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA), District of Columbia CPA (DC Board of Accountancy), and the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council. Eric has lived in Crofton, Maryland for more than 30 years. He and his wife, Rudi, and daughter enjoy spending time with family, traveling and skiing.

Heather V. Dill

Heather specializes in tax planning, preparation, and consulting for both business and individual clients. Heather has experience in a wide variety of industries including real estate and land development, medical practices, retail, and non-profits. Heather began her career with the firm in 1998 after graduating from Frostburg State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). Heather has spent the majority of her career in public accounting and is dedicated to providing her clients with the best service possible. Heather resides in Delaware with her husband and two daughters. Heather and her family enjoy camping and spending time outdoors on their farm.

Jessica A. Gross

Jessica joined MSWS in 2015. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Frostburg State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree, she became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2018. Jessica works on several aspects within the firm: her main areas of focus are on non-profit audits (DDA) and yearly tax returns. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). Jessica has lived in Maryland the majority of her life. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her adorable dogs.

John G. Wiland

Mr. Wiland has over 22 years of experience in public accounting serving clients in assurance, accounting, and tax advisory roles. He has extensive experience across multiple industries including real estate, health care, construction, dealerships, not-for-profits and employee benefit plans in the Baltimore/ Washington Metro Region. John received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Frostburg State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Maryland Association of Public Accountants (MACPA) and is the current Partner member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Audit Quality Control Center. John currently lives in Calvert County with his two children.

Katherine D. Gibb

Kathy joined the firm in 1982 as an administrative assistant and is now a senior tax manager specializing in complex tax planning and compliance services for both individual and business clients. After joining the firm, Kathy immediately embraced the firm's culture and environment and went on to earn an AAS Degree in Financial Accounting in 1992. In 2001, she received her Enrolled Agent Credentials with the IRS. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Public Accountants (MACPA). She also serves as a Board Member for the Norman & Doris Fisher Foundation. Kathy lives in Annapolis with her husband and enjoys travel, cooking and golf in her spare time.

Michele L. Moore

A graduate of Salisbury University, Michele has been with the firm since 1994 and a Partner since 2008. Her practice concentrates on non-profit auditing, employee benefit plans, corporate and individual tax preparation and planning. She also has expertise in audits of non-profit organizations, focusing on state and federal funding, non-profit tax and compliance issues. Her area of expertise is auditing and consulting with DDA agencies, assisting with the complex funding and reporting changes over the last 20 years. Michele is a participating member of the AICPA and MACPA and Lead Partner for GAQC membership and oversees the peer review process. Michele has sponsored trainings and seminars to non-profit member organizations and community groups to further promote awareness of various non-profit issues. In addition, she is highly experienced in corporate and individual tax planning, and preparation. She is an integral part of the firm's mentoring and recruiting programs, contributing to its expansion and growth. Born in Maryland, she currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland. Michele enjoys spending time at the beach, skiing and hiking with her husband and two daughters (and their two dogs too!)

Patrick M. Hantske, II - CEO

Patrick is a Manager with the firm's audit and tax practice. Joining the firm in June 2011, his areas of experience include retirement plan and non-profit audits, with a concentration in the area of school audits; and individual and corporate tax work including restaurants, manufacturing, and construction contractors. Patrick is a 2011 graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He obtained his CPA in 2012 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). Pat is a graduate of University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree. Pat has over 30 years of experience and his practice is concentrated in areas of audit, reviews and compilations of for-profit and non-profit organizations. He also has many years of expertise in providing tax services to corporations, partnerships and individuals. Over his years of experience he has audited both for-profit and non-profit organizations with concentrations in construction, private schools, trade associations and employee benefit pension plans. Pat is a participating member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and for many years served as the lead partner for the firm for the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EMPAQC). Pat served on the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors - Chesapeake Shores for many years and is also a graduate of the 2002-2003 Flagship Class of Leadership Anne Arundel. Pat lives in Shady Side, Maryland with his wife Jeanine where he enjoys boating, golfing and spending time with his family.

Philip J. Wimbish

Phil joined the firm in 2006 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in accounting. Phil serves as chair of the firm's Tax Committee and his practice focuses on complex tax planning and accounting services for a wide variety of clients including construction, real estate, heath care, private schools, and other not-for-profit organizations. As a third generation member of the firm, Phil takes pride in serving his clients and continuing the firm's legacy and reputation in the community. Phil is a member of AICPA, MACPA, Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council and is a longtime board member and current President of the Touchdown Club of Annapolis. A lifelong Annapolitan, Phil enjoys golfing at the Naval Academy Golf Course, spending time with friends and family, and is an avid Ravens and Terps sports fan.

Richard A. Calabrese
