Chris Altenhoff

Chris joined Mosto Technologies in 2013 as a steam system auditor. Chris has extensive experience auditing steam systems, overseeing the repairs and installation of steam condensate systems as well general steam system troubleshooting. Chris' knowledge of heating processes enable him to assist facilities managers in identifying key areas where energy is being wasted and help improve the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of these systems.

David Falcon

David joined Mosto Technologies in 2015 after graduating with Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College. He began his role at Mosto Technologies identifying how commercial spaces could improve the overall efficiency of their steam heating and cooling systems. David now serves as a project manager: assisting in the install of energy monitoring networks, real time utility metering analytics platforms, and turnkeys the integrations of these systems into building BAS systems.

Sal Villanueva

Sal Villanueva, a 17-year music industry veteran, joined Mosto Technologies in 2009 to oversee company operations and business administration. His responsibilities include cash flow management, company financials and financial relationships, process and procedural development and implementation, customer service, inside sales and logistics.

Stephen Pascone

After graduating with a bachelor's of engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2007, Stephen started his career at Mosto Technologies Inc. as a project engineer, working with New York City buildings to improve the overall efficiency of their steam systems through steam system audits, and installation of steam system monitoring systems. Stephen's responsibilities include overseeing the design, sales, and implementation of all Mosto Technology services and solutions.

Steve has been in the New York commercial building market for the past 30 years working with Class A commercial buildings, saving them millions of dollars in energy annually. Steve founded Mosto Technologies in 1997 and pioneered new technology steam system solutions to reduce Con Ed steam usage through detailed audits, complex metering, upgrading steam heating and distribution controls, and real-time consumption & loss monitoring. By working with Con Ed Steam, consulting engineers, buildings owners/operators and mechanical contractors, he has created a niche expertise that is unique and in demand.
