Brian is a native of Chester County and has called Berks County his home since 2004. Brian is passionate about the commercial real estate industry and effectively servicing his clients. His number one priority is exceeding his client's expectations. Prior to coming on board at NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial, LLC, Brian spent 18 years with SQS Wholesale, where he specialized in logistics, sales, and operations.

Bryan joined NAI Keystone in July of 2004, prior to joining NAI, Bryan spent 4 year's active duty in the U.S. Marine Corp., where he was stationed across the world in various areas.
Prior to joining the military Bryan resided in Springfield, Delaware County where he was involved in the construction of commercial and multi-unit properties. During Bryan's time as a broker at NAI, he has sold and leased in the excess of $800 Million Dollars' worth of Commercial Real Estate. Since moving primarily into the Development role, Bryan is in the process of developing numerous projects throughout Pennsylvania including upwards of 10 Million SF of industrial real estate, various retail single tenant projects, and medical office buildings for Tower Health and Penn State Health.
Personal
Bryan currently resides in Sinking Spring Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons. Bryan enjoys spending any free time with his family and traveling for youth sports where his sons are very active in Soccer, Wrestling, and Lacrosse.

John started his professional career working with Booz, Allen & Hamilton consulting firm in 1992 but shortly thereafter opened his own finance and real estate firm which grew to a 45-person operation with 3 locations. It was sold in 2005 at which time John moved into commercial real estate full time and joined NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial, LLC in 2006. John Completed his SIOR Designation in 2016 and his CCIM designation in 2011 and is a licensed broker in Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Originally from Lancaster, PA, Kevin joins NAI Keystone after 5 years in Philadelphia working for a Brooklyn based startup. Kevin was a former team captain and regional all American for the men's soccer program at Lock Haven University. Kevin has roots in Central Pennsylvania and is excited to contribute to the thriving and developing economies the area possesses.

Born and raised in Berks County, Pat is a former Penn State Football Captain and Letterman. Prior to joining NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial LLC, he helped start and manage a commercial chair manufacturer, earning the GRCA Entrepreneurial Excellence Award in 2019 and 2020. Pat believes in building great relationships with his clients and offering them a go to partner for their buying, selling, and leasing needs. He is excited to join the NAI Keystone team and become an integral part of growing the greater Reading area and beyond.
