Ann-Marie Cain

Ann-Marie brings 20+ years of IT project management experience to the Naviant Sales Team. As a certified Project Management Professional, she brings a unique perspective to formulating long-term growth plans for customers. Ann-Marie has used th is perspective to manage the Account Development team, which has grown to 4 members that support more than 80 of Naviant's customers. In 2020, Ann Marie transitioned from that role into the world of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As the RPA Sales Manager, Ann Marie will focus on deploying Robotic Process Automation technology to existing and new customers. When not at work, Ann-Marie enjoys spending time with her wife reading or playing video games.

Berent Aslan

Berent has 11 years of experience in IT by working in various positions. He has worked in consulting projects, also acting as the IT Manager for a local business. He also likes to keep up with technology news, from electric car charging stations and bionic replacement body parts to touchless laundry machines.

Billy Hicks

Billy has been utilizing technology his whole life, beginning with an interest in personal computers at a young age. This led him to study Computer Science at Baldwin Wallace University, and ultimately to begin his career in the Information Technology field. He has been working with OnBase since 2020 and brings experience writing both C# scripts and SQL queries.

Brianna Overkamp

Brianna Overkamp has a degree in computer science from UW-Madison and has been with Naviant since 2019. Her favorite modules to work with are Workflow and WorkView within OnBase, as they have such a wide variety of applications when put together. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys playing video games, cross-stitching, and snuggling with her puppy.

Chris Krause

Chris Krause brings 25+ years of information technology, consulting, and business expertise to the enterprise content management industry. Before taking this role, Chris built Naviant's award-winning software support team and led the software implementation team to record growth. Chris's keen listening skills, sharp troubleshooting, business expertise, and cost-effective solution designs drive bottom-line value for Naviant's clients. His leadership gives him the ability to create easy-to-manage solution designs that make the complex seem easy while sharing the personal desire for customer success. When not at work, Chris enjoys Wisconsin Badgers sports, boating, and traveling.

Daniel Eierman

Daniel has a Software Engineering degree from Baldwin Wallace University with a minor in Spanish. He loves learning new things every chance he can, which is why he enjoys OnBase and its countless modules so much.

Dave Dodge

Dave Dodge has provided Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and System Administration services in one facet or another since 1986. He works out of our Ohio office. Outside of work, his hobbies include spending time with family, travel ing, and playing golf.

Dru Bolack

Dru Bolack has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field, 11 of which have been with OnBase, and dabbles in computer programing on the side. Outside of work, he likes to watch the sunset with an old fashioned from his patio and has been playing 3.5 D&D with friends every other weekend since 2004.

Ed Modjeska

Ed Modjeska brings 25+ years of sales, consulting, and management experience in the technology and enterprise content services industry. Ed's creativity, passion, and leadership provide clarity to complex and sophisticated solutions. He has been critical in developing a strong, customer-focused sales team culture. Since joining Naviant in 2003, his integrity and experience have directly impacted Naviant's strong revenue growth, Hyland partnership success, and customer wellness and innovation. When not at work, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, faith-based activities, and traveling.

Gary Carter

Gary is a business and technology operations leader with over 30 years of experience in companies ranging from startups to world-class business and consulting organizations. He has been successful in selling and delivering business and technology solutions, leading mission-critical operations, and managing projects of all sizes. As Manager of the Project Management Office, Gary oversees the delivery of solutions to Naviant's customers and is focused on ensuring that the customer experience is of the highest quality. Outside of work, Gary enjoys hiking, golfing, gardening, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Greg Albert

Greg Albert brings 8+ years of management and technical expertise to the enterprise content management industry. Greg's focus on providing excellent customer service and team member development has led to the technical team's growth. He has been critical in developing technical staff, ensuring that the team focuses on achieving their goals. Greg's passion for employee development, focus on logically working through technical issues, and focus on continual growth have led to his teams' success.

Jaime Hofer

Jaime has a little over three years of experience in the Information Technology field, which includes two years of working with the OnBase Systems. He recently received his OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE) certificate and is constantly building his knowledge of OnBase. In his spare time, you can find him enjoying his hobbies, including flying drones, playing video games, and playing golf with friends.

James Ondak

James has been working in IT for the past six years. He launched his journey into the field with an internship at NASA and has been skyrocketing ever since. James is the resident CST Brainware whiz but dabbles in Workflow configurations and general OnBase troubleshooting. Outside of the office, James enjoys a wide variety of hobbies running the full spectrum, from camping trips to video games.

Jason Bruner

Jason Bruner brings 10+ years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Jason's analytical expertise has helped Naviant to focus on its goals and ultimately achieve them. Additionally, Jason oversees Naviant's facilities and supports the marketing, sales, and operations teams. With 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, she has built an awesome team of marketers that share those same beliefs on how to gain and retain happy customers… and they have fun doing it! When not at work, Jen loves spending time with her husband and their four amazing children, being outside in nature, and giving out high fives.

Jennifer (Pixie) Siegel

Jennifer (aka Pixie) has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, which includes 13+ years of Systems Administration and 15+ years of developing and implementing technical documentation and training. She has extensive experience with OnBase, SQL, and a firm foundation in computer science. Despite this, she considers herself a well-adjusted nerd with hobbies including gardening (poorly), archery, and knitting in public.

Mark Miller

Mark brings 25+ years of professional sales and sales management experience. Mark and his team act as guides on our clients' journeys towards automation and value-driven solutions that transform organizations. Since 2010, Mark has assisted our clients in recognizing tens of millions of dollars in value. This has had a significant impact on Naviant's sales growth. In addition to spending time with his family, Mark has a passion for supporting the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin, golfing and supporting his alma mater, the Wisconsin Badgers.

Mike Sullivan

Mike has over 25 years in the Information Technology field, with over 17 years working with OnBase. He has a degree in Computer Science and am currently a certified OnBase installer and Workflow Engineer. He has implemented OnBase installations as straightforward as scan/store/retrieve to enterprise OnBase solutions with Integrations to multiple lines of business applications. He especially likes to develop Workflow and Unity Forms.

Nick Albanese

Nick has been working with OnBase since 2015, after obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems.  Nick has experience and interest in Workflow design, WorkView implementation, and process discovery. As a member of CST since 2019 and manager of the team since 2020, he also oversees the development of our internship program.  When not working, he can usually be found trying to perfect NY-style pizza making at home or taking a hike in one of the many beautiful Ohio State Parks.

Paul Kegler

Paul Kegler is an experienced communications leader with a demonstrated history of managing specialized technology teams in the Military. Paul's 13 years of Military experience were technology focused as he overcame often unfavorable conditions to provide needed network infrastructure and capabilities to his organization. Since coming to Naviant in 2017, he has applied his leadership skills to the Naviant Software Support department while he obtained several OnBase certifications. In 2019, he transitioned into an architect role specializing in OnBase Upgrades and RPA solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time learning new technologies and providing IT support for older relatives and family friends, ensuring they can stay connected in today's world.

Stephen Bos

Stephen has always had an interest in computing technology. He worked to fix computers from a young age and even learned how to write a little bit of code. These experiences led him to study Computer science at Utah Valley University. He has been eagerly learning and working with OnBase beginning in 2021.

Steve Lessick

Steve Lessick brings 15 years of sales leadership experience within both the healthcare and technology industries. His performance-focused approach to sales has helped to drive growth within Naviant's customer base. Steve has done this by working with organizations to find strategic ways to improve upon their solutions. Additionally, through his leadership expertise that specializes in training and development, he has seen tremendous growth in the overall performance of his sales teams. Outside of the office, Steve enjoys golfing and recently hit his first hole in one during a golf tournament.

Terry Starkey

Terry has over 25 years in the Information Technology field, including 15+ years in the System Administration arena. He has extensive experience with the enhancement of OnBase systems and has a solid foundation in the Computer Science field. As for non-work time, he can be found working on and discussing boats of all sizes with his boating friends. He also enjoys taking long walks with his dog and spending time with family.

Tricia Shields

Tricia Shields, VP of Human Resources at Naviant, reviews how and why Naviant decided to implemented RPA to help gather applicant information. Already a champion of automation in her department, Tricia oversaw the design and deployment of a bot from Kryon Systems. Tricia Shields brings 16+ years of HR and Office Administration experience and 11+ years within the Content Services industry. Tricia has automated Naviant's HR department fully over the past 8 years. In the process, she has proven just how impactful automation can be for not only entire organizations but for individual employees. She is also passionate about creating a company culture that fosters growth and engagement, which has been critical in building Naviant's exceptional team and success. Outside the office, Tricia enjoys spending time with family and traveling. She also golfs- she was on the first Middleton High School women's golf team in 1998 and is working to regain those skills!
