We all know how great Nagawicka Lake is and that's why there is so much Buyer Interest in Homes and Properties on Nagawicka and that's why the inventory on the Lake goes so fast... What I do, is watch this market immediately around Nagawicka Lake and try to put my Buyers in the Best Position as soon as I have any indication that a property is coming to market. I'm proactive with mailings and Postcards. Often these properties are brokered prior to them even coming to market; they don't actually come to "MarketPlace" (on Zillow). I will try to bring you options that your realtor wont…... Because my commission isn't always guaranteed if a property isn't listed for sale, I need my clients to remember that I will need a 2.4% commission. Often a seller is happy to pay my commission when asked to do so in an Offer To Purchase.
