The NorCal Practical Precision Rifle Club (NCPPRC) was founded in 2006 by Vu Pham and Shawn Shaw in response to the growing demands of precision rifle shooters in Northern California. NCPPRC has a membership roster of nearly 100 precision rifle shooters from all walks of life... Our mission is to provide events where the serious practical/tactical precision rifle shooter can test their skills and abilities in a safe and controlled environment. These competitions will give precision rifle shooters an arena to refine their skills in ways that pre-existing competitions do not currently provide.
