Don started his career with Northeast over 8 years ago. In those short 8 years he has climbed the ladder very quickly, and has a wide variety of knowledge of all your heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs.

Grace is our service manager. She is usually one of the friendly voices you hear when you call us here at Northeast. Grace goes above and beyond to make sure your experience at Northeast is top notch. She also has wide variety of knowledge in all your heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs.
John started his career with Northeast as a helper. He now has over 7 years of experience in all your commercial and residential needs ranging from furnaces, boilers, humidifiers, rooftop units, ductless splits, and system design.
Kate has been with us for 20 years. Starting right out of high school. She is responsible for all of Northeast's finances ever since her mom retired from the position in 2010.
Kevin started his career with Northeast over 30 years ago. Kevin has worn every hat possible here at Northeast. He has gone from helper, installer, service tech, estimator, general manger, vice president, to president and owner of Northeast. He has a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to all your heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs.
Steve has over 11 years of experience in residential and commercial hvac. Steve came on board with Northeast 4 years ago, started as one of our lead installers and worked his way up to our residential sales estimator. He has a wide variety of knowledge in furances, boilers, humidifiers, ductless splits, and system design.
