With over a decade of knowledge and experience under her belt, Amy currently serves as co-owner and Senior Financial Officer for National Circuit Assembly. In her position, she continues to grow her knowledge in financial planning, debt financing, and budget management while consistently meeting company goals for long term development.
Amy launched her professional career as an Actuarial Analyst at Coopers and Lybrand in New York. After over two years on the east coast, she moved to the south and managed the financials for Protech Staffing Services for 15 years. Amy also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Austin Circuit Design.
Amy obtained her Bachelor's of Arts in Actuarial Science at the University of Connecticut in 1992 and has utilized what she learned during her education to progress NCA to further financial growth.

A visionary with a consistent record for delivering explosive results in revenue, growth, operational efficiency, and profitability, Mark has successfully brought in several new customers and prospects since joining in 2019. Mark has propelled the business in its pursuit of better defining its brand position in multiple market segments.
Mark boasts over 25 years of experience as a Senior Executive, successfully building high-performance teams and leading rapid-growth companies across multiple sectors including management consulting, computer software, interactive entertainment, construction, and manufacturing. His profit & loss responsibility totals up to $50 million across his career.
Mark earned his BA in Economics at the University of California at San Diego.
As President, Stephen has handled day-to-day management since joining the team in 2019. His responsibilities include directly managing the Leadership Team, constantly working to improve quality, delivery, customer relations, cash flow, increase revenue and operation efficiencies, and, most importantly, evolving the culture at NCA to create a work environment that focuses on people and creating value for our customers.
Stephen's experience and temperament serve as a perfectly-fitting puzzle piece at NCA and he continues to be an expert at finding and eliminating problems that impact business performance.
The ever-present flow of his philosophical thought boosts Stephen as the perfect leader for a young, growing NCA team.
