NEXTDRIFT - Key Persons

Joe Romanowski co-founded Steelpoint Technologies in 1993 and served as Executive Vice President until the company merged with ZANTAZ in August of 2004. At ZANTAZ, Joe served on the executive team as Vice President of Product Strategy. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of product marketing, product management and integration of all products acquired over 4 separate acquisitions. ZANTAZ was acquired by Autonomy PLC (NASDAQOTH:AUTNF.PK) in July of 2007 where Mr Romanowski resigned to spend more time with his family; phasing out of the company in September 2007. In April 2010, he founded the new venture Nextdrift Technologies helping startups realize their vision through a unique shared risk / shared reward methodology. During Mr. Romanowski's 20 years of business and technology consulting in the discovery management marketplace, he has received many industry accolades including nominations as a finalist for the prestigious 2000 & 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the technology and communications sector. Prior to this, Mr. Romanowski played a primary role in Steelpoint's appearance on the 1998 Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 for New England and the Technology Fast 500 for North America.
