He develops and interviews for high profile projects. Reports and handles any changes to contracts. Monitors structures to identify potential structural changes. Generates new business and marketing's. Estimates, develops SOV's and budgets. Assures accuracies on daily reporting's. Instructs crews on procedures and work practices which includes overseeing and managing small Tenant Improvement projects. Expertise Coordination and management of man power for all Demolition and Abatement Management and designations of project work methods Coordination of work production and manage dialogue with customer representatives Site Quality/Safety enforcement with Zero Tolerance and no loss work incidents Coordination for the successful simultaneous development for large scale projects Mr. Garcia's, main focus is with development and implementations of abatement and demolition plans to the completion of the projects. Identify and manage hazardous conditions. Perform all work in accordance with state and federal regulations. Manages employees and designates work tasks to maintain project productivity. Designs and implements special safe work plans including special lift plans or any other items that needs to be removed. Manages subcontract work. Oversees and manages various projects simultaneously ranging from 5 to 10 projects. Handles all field operations schedules start to close outs.

Mr. Maughan, has Multiple Industry Specific Training and Certifications and has been certified RME for the States of: WA, CA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, CO, NJ, IL, NY, NYC, OH, UT, WV, MA, VA and PA. Mr. Maughan, has been sales and marketing professional executive with over 27 years' experience in the environmental hazards abatement, demolition and remediation. He has extensive hands on experience including managing abatement and demolition projects with regards to construction management, program management and estimating are the key strengths including mentoring and leadership. His knowledge in managing skilled and professional staff including team development for complex projects is very creative. His experience in acquiring opportunities, overseeing complex construction, environmental and remediation projects including negotiating contracts has been his greatest strength. Mr. Maughan, has negotiated and closed multiple demolition and abatement contracts nationwide in the private and the government sector. Responsible in varying degrees of roles for marketing, business development, proposal writing, bid preparation, contract negotiation, project execution and customer satisfaction. He has extensive hands on experience including managing abatement and demolition projects with regards to construction management, program management and estimating. He reviews and negotiates contracts, reports and handles any changes to contracts. Estimates, develops project SOV's and division budgets. He develops and implements abatement and demolition plans to the completion of the projects. Identifies and manages hazardous conditions. Oversees the quality control of field paperwork and safety programs. Manages employees and designates work tasks to maintain project productivity. He works with the field supervisors with Instructing crews on procedures and work practices which includes overseeing all work in accordance with state and federal regulations. Mr. Willard has negotiated and closed multiple demolition and abatement contracts in the private and the government sector.
