NORA PEYER

Born 1980 in Geneva, Nora grew up in Locarno, in the Italian part of Switzerland and studied architecture at the ETH Zürich and Columbia University NYC. After graduating with a Master's Degree from ETH in 2005, Nora worked as project architect for G TECTS in New York City and Barkow Leibinger Architekten in Berlin for clients such as Issey Miyake, Barclays Bank, The City of New York, Daimler AG and Bayer AG... For her furniture series, Nora works with local small businesses and fabricators focusing on handcrafted methods. The design aims to be abstract, timeless, iconic and ironic!
