Anthony McDermott

Anthony joined OCFPM in April 2018 and is now Team Lead to the Lender Monitoring division, working on projects of varying sizes and complexities from 1m to 67m. With over a decade of professional experience, working on both Residential and Commercial projects, Anthony heads up a team, that specialise in lender monitoring and due diligence, for new build development sites. Anthony has developed a bank monitoring programme, which takes on board Engineering as well as quantity surveying aspects and works with all the main funders within the Irish Market.

Donal Fitzgerald

Donal is a chartered Engineer with over 18 years' experience within the construction industry in Ireland and England. As director, Donal injects his energy and entrepreneurial drive into the business, which has led to the overall growth of a multidisciplinary consultancy.

Richard Joined OCFPM in July 2018 as a Project Manager and has quickly progressed to Operations Director within OCFPM. With over 20 years' experience within the construction industry, Richard has comprehensive experience in all areas within the construction sector. Richard manages the day to day operations of OCFPM and takes a hands-on approach and has a proven track record of establishing and achieving client requirements, both on time and satisfaction

Rory Lemass

Rory joined OCFPM in early 2019 as team leader. With over 20 years of professional experience, Rory heads up a core team of quantity surveyors and project managers that deliver on traditional quantity surveying and project management duties. As well as working on small and large residential and commercial developments, Rory's experience includes working with blue chip multinational's, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects. He provides leadership across all aspects of the business, in multiple jurisdictions, Rory's skillset includes business development, feasibility and development appraisal, and a full suite quantity surveying functions. He understands the client's requirements and advises pre-purchase to post conveyancing.
