Mr. Crawford has over twenty-five years of professional surveying experience including large scale public infrastructure projects, right-of-way engineering, land development, and public agency consulting. He stays current with advances in survey technology, legislation affecting land development, the subdivision map act, and land title issues. Mr. Crawford is Registered Land Surveyor in the State of California and a member of the California Land Surveyors Association and the American Council of Engineering Companies.
Mr. Zhang has over twenty years of experience in the design and preparation of construction documents for major civil engineering infrastructures throughout the Central Valley. He is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California. He has technical expertise in the design of roadway widening and rehabilitation projects, bicycle and pedestrian improvements, levee construction, and utility systems. Mr. Zhang has prepared detailed construction documents for numerous complex grading and improvement projects. In addition, he has been successful in obtaining approvals and permits from various state and local government agencies including Caltrans, Department of Water Resources, FEMA, California Public Utilities Commission, Union Pacific Railroad, Central Valley Flood Protection Board, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
