Our founder, Karan Garrison, discovered a skill for managing, organizing, negotiating and creating systems throughout her 25+ years as a professional. In addition, she is a member of the Sandwich Generation and currently balances her time between caring for aging parents, raising college-aged children and one elementary-aged son, while running an independently-owned business.
