Orange County Ophthalmology Medical Group and Eye Surgical Center has been meeting the eye care needs of Southern Californians for over 40 years. OCO was founded by Dr. Joseph Menaker, who was soon joined by Dr. Robert Collier and later by Dr. John Fiore, a retina specialist, and Dr. Robert Fenzl, a cornea specialist. The practice has grown to encompass the entire fourth floor of the Grove Medical Arts Building and has its own ambulatory surgery center and optical department...
