NUTTY BAVARIAN AND KETTLE FRESH FUDGE - Key Persons
Amber joined when the company was still in its infancy in 1997 and is beloved by our customers. She now works part-time on our sales staff.
Ariel has been helping The Nutty Bavarian grow since she was 2 years old. She officially joined the company in 2014, and now leads the sales department.
Bob is our newest addition to The Nutty Bavarian's sales team, joining just this year.
David Brent worked for NASA as an aeronautical engineer before purchasing The Nutty Bavarian in 1994.
Kettle Fresh Fudge mix is a return to the basics. Only the purest ingredients are used. David Brent, President of The Nutty Bavarian, began experimenting with fudge recipes with the help of an award-winning confectionery chef from Miami, Florida. Upon perfection of a formula, David consulted with food scientists to perfect a mix that would easily go into solution and consistently produce perfect fudge. The unique characteristics of Kettle Fresh Fudge mix can be easily seen even before you add product to the kettle. Part 1 contains more solids which allows it to go into the solution easily without stopping and scraping. The fudge flavoring is pre-measured and included in every case. Real chunks of chocolate, which give our fudge its rich flavor, can be seen in each bag. Potassium sorbate, a critical mold inhibitor, is included - thereby avoiding measurement mistakes.
Ed Conrado has worked at The Nutty Bavarian since 2006, and he maintains food safety while insuring our plant and equipment are all in perfect working order.

James has been in the Food and Candy business for over 20 years, and joined The Nutty Bavarian in 2016, leading sales in the Northeast.
Fluent in 3 languages, John joined our sales team in 2017, moving to our Florida headquarters in 2022.
Keya joined The Nutty Bavarian in 2008 and heads the purchasing and accounts payable departments.
Mike joined The Nutty Bavarian in 2017 as a member of our shipping department and made the switch to sales a year later.
