Aaron Bloomer joined Exact Sciences in 2024 as executive vice president of finance, bringing more than 15 years of strategic, progressive finance experience to the company.
Bloomer formerly served as vice president of corporate financial planning, reporting, and analytics (FP&A) for Baxter International, a global medical technology leader. He has significant experience with acquisitions and divestitures, portfolio management, setting corporate strategy and vision, leading financial transformations, and driving operational rigor.
Previously, Bloomer spent more than a decade with Fortune 500 company 3M, most recently as senior vice president of FP&A. Prior to this role, he served as chief financial officer for 3M China in Shanghai and as CFO for the company's display materials division in Tokyo, Japan.
Bloomer sits on the board of directors for the non-profit organization, H20 for Life, and is an active community volunteer and mentor. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.

Ana Hooker has served as our chief laboratory officer since 2022 and previously served as our senior vice president, operations since 2013.
Prior to joining Exact Sciences, Hooker was at ARUP Laboratories for 15 years, serving in roles including senior vice president; division manager for anatomic pathology, oncology, and genetics; vice president division manager for genetics; and group manager for oncology and genetics. Hooker also worked as the technical supervisor at the University of Utah Hospital Clinical Laboratories.
Hooker holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University, a medical technologist degree from Hays Pathology Laboratories, and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. She currently serves on the boards of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Dane County and the Overture Center for the Arts.
Hooker is also a member of the Latino Professional Association (LPA), Clinical Laboratory Management Association (CLMA), Association of Molecular Pathology (AMP), and the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS).

Daniel J. Levangie is an experienced executive and corporate director with senior operating experience in the field of medical devices and in vitro diagnostics. Levangie is co-founder and manager of ATON Partners, a private investment firm, and chairman, president and CEO of CereVasc, LLC, an early-stage medical device company.
From 2013 through January 2017, Levangie served as president of Insulet Drug Delivery Systems. From 2011 through 2013, Levangie was chief executive officer of Dune Medical Devices, Inc., and co-founder and managing partner of Constitution Medical Investors, Inc., a Boston-based private investment and product development firm acquired by Roche Diagnostics Corporation in 2013.
Prior to the above, Levangie held a variety of executive management positions with Cytyc Corporation until the acquisition of Cytyc by Hologic, Inc., in 2007. These positions include executive vice president and chief operating officer, chief executive officer and president of Cytyc Health Corporation, executive vice president and chief commercial officer and president, Cytyc Surgical Products Division. Prior to joining Cytyc Corporation in 1992, Levangie held a number of sales, marketing, and management positions with Abbott Laboratories.
Levangie is currently a director of CereVasc, LLC, Dune Medical Devices and Renovia, Inc. He previously served as a director of Insulet Corporation, a medical device company, Liposcience, Inc., a diagnostics company, ev3, Inc., a medical device company, and Hologic, Inc., a diagnostic, imaging systems and surgical products company. Levangie is a member of the advisory board of the Barnett Institute of Northeastern University and is a trustee of Excel Charter School, East Boston.
Levangie earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Northeastern University. Levangie brings a wealth of executive, managerial, and leadership experience in the health care industry to our board. He has significant director experience from his service on the boards of numerous medical device and biotechnology companies.

James E. Doyle is currently of counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP, an international law firm, as well as partner of Doyle & Boyce Strategies, a consultant to several national foundations.
Prior to his current positions, Doyle served two terms as the 44th governor of the state of Wisconsin from 2003 to 2011. Prior to his gubernatorial service, Doyle served three terms as the attorney general of the state of Wisconsin from 1991 to 2003. In connection with his service as attorney general, Doyle served as president of the National Association of Attorneys General from 1997 to 1998.
Doyle also previously served as the district attorney of Dane County, Wisconsin and worked in private practice. His extensive public service also includes stints in the Peace Corps as a teacher in Tunisia and as an attorney in a federal legal services office on the Navajo Indian Reservation.
Doyle holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Doyle brings to our board of directors proven leadership and managerial capabilities acquired through his extensive public and private sector experience. He also provides our board of directors with deep knowledge of governmental and legal affairs.

James Herriott has served as our senior vice president, general counsel since January 2022 and our secretary since December 2022. Herriott previously served as our deputy general counsel from February 2020 until January 2022 and senior counsel from August 2018 to February 2022.
He joined us from the global law firm K&L Gates LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law. Prior to his tenure at K&L Gates, Herriott practiced corporate and securities law at Paul Hastings LLP.
Herriott earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Jorge Garces has served as our chief science officer since April 2021. He served as our vice president, minimal residual disease (MRD) and therapy selection from February 2021 to April 2021. Garces brings decades of experience in diagnostics including a focus on the development, clinical trials, and commercialization of liquid biopsy tests in the field of oncology.
Prior to joining Exact Sciences, Garces served as president and chief scientific officer at Epigenomics AG. He also served as CEO and president of AltheaDx Inc., a clinical diagnostics company, and co-founder of IDGenetix, Inc., a precision medicine startup acquired by AltheaDx in 2013.
Garces also served as chief executive officer and president of Enigma Diagnostics, where he executed commercial licensing, product development, and supply agreement with GlaxoSmithKline around respiratory infectious disease screening. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Hologic, Inc., Third Wave Technologies, Genzyme Genetics, and Athena Diagnostics.
Garces earned his doctorate in cell and molecular biology from the City University of New York, completed his post-doctoral training in neurobiology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Katherine S. Zanotti served as chief executive officer of Arbonne International from 2009 until 2018. Zanotti also served as chair of Natural Products Group (the holding company of Arbonne, Nature's Gate, and Levlad) from 2010 until 2018, when Groupe Rocher acquired Natural Products Group and Arbonne International. Arbonne is a botanically based skin care, cosmetic, and nutrition company marketed in seven countries, with revenue of over $600 million.
From 2002 to 2006, she served as senior vice president of marketing at McDonald's Corporation. Prior to joining McDonald's, Zanotti was a vice president at the Procter & Gamble Company and most recently served as vice president and general manager of the North American pharmaceutical business and the corporate women's health platform.
Zanotti currently serves on the board of trustees of Xavier University and as a director of Cutera, Inc., a developer of cosmetic and aesthetic laser equipment. She previously served as a director of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., Mentor Corporation, Alberto Culver Company, and Third Wave Technologies, Inc.
Zanotti earned a bachelor's degree in economics and studio fine arts from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and finance from Xavier University.
Kevin Conroy became CEO of Exact Sciences in 2009 and chairman in 2014, transforming the organization into one of the world's premier cancer diagnostics companies, with more than 6,500 employees. Under his leadership, Exact Sciences is working to change the future of cancer care through innovative tests that help prevent cancer, detect it earlier, and guide successful treatment.
Conroy led Exact Sciences through the development and commercialization of its noninvasive colorectal cancer screening test, Cologuard®, which became the first medical device or diagnostic to receive simultaneous FDA approval and national Medicare coverage. Since 2014, millions of Americans have used Cologuard to screen for colorectal cancer, the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States. The company also provides the Oncotype DX® test, which has spared more than one million breast cancer patients from chemotherapy while helping to predict the risk of their cancer returning.
Conroy has overseen the acquisition of more than 10 companies, including Genomic Health, Thrive, PreventionGenetics, Ashion, and Biomatrica, growing Exact Sciences and positioning it for future success. Building on its strong foundation, the company has a robust pipeline that includes tests for multi-cancer early detection and molecular residual disease.
Before joining Exact Sciences, Conroy served as CEO and president of Third Wave Technologies, held leadership positions at GE Healthcare, and practiced intellectual property law in private practice.
Conroy serves on the board of the American Clinical Laboratory Association and Align Technology. He is active in the Wisconsin community, serving as a director of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce.
He has spoken at industry-leading events, including the STAT Summit, HLTH, and the Personalized Medicine Conference.
A native of Flint, Michigan, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

Nassar Nizami serves as our chief information officer. Prior to joining Exact Sciences, Nizami spent six years with Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health as executive vice president and chief information and digital officer, where he spearheaded critical initiatives including IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Nizami has an MBA from Columbia, a master's degree in computer engineering from the University of Bridgeport, and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University.
Nizami is a member of Microsoft's Higher Education Customer Advisory Board, HDI's Strategic Advisory Board, and Osage Venture Partners' Technical Advisory Council. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including CHIME, HIMSS, ACHE, ISACA, and Gartner.

Paul Clancy has more than 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic business planning, and he served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company (Nasdaq: ALXN), from July 2017 to November 2019.
Prior to joining Alexion, Clancy served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of Biogen Inc., a biotechnology company (Nasdaq: BIIB), from August 2007 until June 2017. He also served as senior vice president of finance of Biogen, with responsibilities for leading the treasury, tax, investor relations, and business planning groups.
Prior to the 2003 merger of Biogen, Inc. and IDEC Pharmaceuticals Corporation to form Biogen, Clancy was the vice president of portfolio management of Biogen. He joined Biogen in 2001 as vice president of U.S. marketing.
Before Biogen, Clancy spent 13 years at PepsiCo Inc., a food and beverage company, serving in a variety of financial and general management positions, including vice president and general manager of PepsiCo's Great West Business Unit.

Raj Pudipeddi serves as our Chief Growth Officer. He brings 3 decades of experience in medical devices, consumer goods and telecom across multiple markets. Prior to Exact Sciences, Raj served in various leadership roles at Align including as Managing Director for the Americas region, Managing Director for Asia Pacific, and Chief Marketing & Product Officer, driving growth and innovation.
Previously, Raj served as the Director for Consumer Business and CMO at Bharti Airtel, and in various leadership roles at Procter and Gamble. Raj earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Gandhi Institute of Technology in India. Sarah Condella has served as our executive vice president, human resources since January 2021 and previously served in increasing roles of responsibility, including as senior vice president, human resources; vice president; senior director; and director since joining Exact Sciences in 2012. Prior to joining Exact Sciences, she served as a human resources manager at GE Healthcare and as a manager and project director at the University of Wisconsin Survey Center.
Condella holds a bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and currently serves on the boards of the Madison Children's Museum and Gilda's Club.
