Laura Gutierrez - Laura is OSTI's Construction Coordinator and she is responsible for all pool construction and remodel projects. Laura is a 2023 re-hire and she has gained over seven years of experience in the pool industry.

Mayra has been with Ocean Springs for over 15 years and her responsibilities include all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting and budget preparation, as well as helping develop internal control policies and procedures.

In her role as retail Supervisor, Raquel ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and ensures personnel completes daily service up to standard. Raquel also works closely with vendors to provide the best prices to Commercial and Residential properties. Raquel is a certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO).
Victor Valenzuela - Victor is OSTI's Mechanic and he is in charge of ensuring all our vehicles are in top running condition. Victor also brings much needed expertise in maintaining all work equipment used by our technicians.
