ODA employs state of the art equipment and accessories from Agilent, Perkin-Elmer, and BYK-Gardner to generate accurate, precise data with integrity. The wavelength range runs from 200 nm in the UV through the visible to 50 µm in the IR; both specular and total measurements can be performed over a wide range of angles...
